I live in a state without Dunkin so whenever I travel I look forward to visiting dunkin (so much so I actually dream about it). Most of my dunkin experiences have been great. Unfortunately this one broke the streak. The kiosk didn’t have the full menu so I went to the counter and stood there while employees ignored me for about 5 minutes. A young guy that was the cashier didn’t know what he was doing. Didn’t have a name tag on. I had to keep repeating myself. I asked for three donuts and only got two so I was still charged for the third one. But I had to get back to work so I couldn’t go back and tell them. The hot chocolate was just watered down chocolate water. The dounts I did get was the only reason why I put two stars.

I have gotten stale bread on my breakfast sandwich numerous times. I work across the street and come here almost everyday for my morning coffee and breakfast. I have gotten to work in o discover not only was the bread stale, there is no eggs on it. Just bacon. Today will be the last day I visit this location.
