I have coming to this D and D for 4 years, and I never seen so many homeless people loitering on the outside furniture, sleeping inside the store and charging their phones/ iPads.I’m all about lending a helping hand to someone down on their luck. But when they are dirty, coughing and sneezing inside the store around other customers and food - that’s a whole different level.The staff at this location are great but the homeless need to be managed better.

The place had a line out the door practically. One person taking orders. Several people filling the orders. This was the first Dunkin I have been to where they did not give a senior discount. Every little bit helps when you are a senior and are on social security. Even with the several employees filling orders, it took over 10 minutes after ordering just to get a cup of coffee. Not sure what the slowdown was. But this isn't the place to grab a quick cup of coffee. No drive thru either.Parking: Very busy lot at this time of the morning, 7:30 ish. Hard to find a space.

Employees need to be trained there going to make customers sick.I was watching a female employee around 456PM making my sandwich then she stopped to give some wierd man change out of the register then she didn't change her gloves. The service there is garbage and the chicken had three pieces of bone plus there's always bums there always.
