He never said that he was closing it. When I entered the toilet, he started yelling and harassing me. I was subjected to racism because I was white and not black. I definitely do not recommend it. It's a scary place. There is no respect and mercy. He is inhumane. A place not for civilized people.

Came in after the egg hunt, staff was miserable. Women came out of the bathroom to make iced macchiato and threw my cup on the counter. Guy at the register didn’t understand English and what we were asking for. He kept asking the same question repeatedly.

New to the area. I visited here because I have always liked Einstein Bagels. The service was extremely slow. There were 3 employees working, but they seemed to be moving without purpose. The store wasn’t bust and it took 15 minutes to get my toasted bagel and breakfast bagel. There needs to be a manager in place who will increase the efficiency of the workers.

The staff got the order mixed. Then the manager, who was nasty accused me of eating the wrong item. I ate what was placed on the table along with my husband's. When she asked me if I couldn't recognize an onion bagel, when I had ordered an everything bagel, her tone was accusatory, as if it was my mistake that they mixed up the order. Oh by the way, they had run out of everything bagels anyway. I have NEVER been treated in such a rude and nasty way. It was their mistake mixing up the order and then to blame me for their mix. My husband had raved about this place, but I will never go back.
Normally good. But I do order my sandwiches with egg white to avoid the cholesterol from the eggs since egg yolk in high in cholesterol...annnd today I didn't have time get it corrected Soo when I noticed - I just threw out the eggs.It also cost extra for two egg whites.

The manager and her team were very nice and helpful, warm smiles and welcoming. I was easily able to come up with vegan options and the vegetarian options were good too. The dining room was clean and well attended. Bagels were fresh and the fillings were fresh too, I will be back again thanks to marie.

What a horrible experience I had at Einstein Bagels in Delray Beach Florida at Linton and Federal Highway. The staff was extremely rude and insulting to me and my friend.I ordered a bagel sandwich which included two eggs and avocado. I had a $2 off coupon which was mailed to my home from Einstein Bagels a couple weeks ago. I presented the coupon to the employee and she replied to another employee behind the counter in her native language so I would not understand. This other person was responsible for making my order. I noticed she was removing part of the avocado and only gave me one egg instead of two.I paid full price for my avocado garden bagel sandwich minus $2 . I asked why they cut the avocado and egg in half. She yelled and shouted to me saying “if you use a coupon you only get one egg and less avocado. I asked her to show me where in the coupon this is written. She would not look at the coupon or let me review the info. I told her I was going to complain to her manager. She continued making fun of me and said I don’t care and this place is not my business.I do not recommend doing business at this location and I will never buy from them again. This is bait and switch tactic which is an awful way of doing business.
