We enjoy Elisabettas and go there frequently for a good, relaxing and dependable meal and service. We took some friends who had never dined there and they enjoyed it. Our server, Lance, was great. We ate on the balcony, which we like, but, the last several times we dined there, later in the evening the "bands" at the bar down the street start up and it is not as relaxing.....

Nice spot with a large menu and solid service. Food was good, looks like they have in-house curing setups for some of the meat which is always nice to see.Visited for brunch and had a great meal. The menu has a wide range. The avocado toast was fun, it had nice bright flavors.Massive wine list plus cocktails and some alcohol-free mocktails as well. Indoor and outdoor seating.

This is our favorite restaurant for al fresco Italian dining. Food is always delicious and the service impeccable. Hosts will always seat you on the balcony if there's a table available. If not, the interior is gorgeous and ambience fun.

Ordered take out. There were four hostesses all standing around talking to each other, uninterested in the customers. Another table approached the hostess stand saying that they had been waiting for their food for over twenty five minutes, the restaurant was half full. They had eventually left. Our food was completely cold when we got it. This place has gone downhill. Definitely need better management!

As always had a great meal. The lasagna is really special. Only downer was we sat outside and there was a lot of loud music playing from the bar down the street. Other than that a great evening out.
We love this restaurant! We gather minimum once a month with my friends and we always celebrate our birthdays here. They accommodate us very well. Love all salads, pizzas, charcuterie board, meatballs and burgers. We will come again.
Server was lovely but I wanted to switch out calamari for shrimp in a pasta dish. The up charge was $13.50, which is insane. I then thought I'd have another red sauce dish and just wanted shrimp - I was told I'd have the same amount of shrimp as the dish would have if it included the other shell fish, which was very little. I wouldn't eat there again because of this.

My recent dining experience here was an utter disaster. The service was abysmal; our waiter seemed to vanish into thin air, leaving us consistently ignored. Despite our party of 9, not a single person was offered a drink refill after the initial water, which was provided only once and then forgotten. While two of our group ordered bottomless mimosas, we had to resort to begging random waiters for refills, while a neighboring table of at least 20 received constant attention. The food was equally awful—arriving cold after a 45-minute wait. When we questioned the absence of bread, our waiter's indifferent response was, "It's only given upon request," a detail mysteriously absent from the menu. Adding insult to injury, the nearby party practically turned the restaurant into a frat house, rendering conversation impossible without yelling. For the exorbitant price, this experience was nothing short of a nightmare.

Service ruined the entire experience. The ambiance was beautiful. We made reservations for my mom’s birthday on a Wednesday evening. We sat upstairs on the balcony and it was beautiful. The server came to our table with a sour look on his face. My mom asked a few questions about things on the menu and for suggestions. He gave zero and said whatever is on the menu is what we have. She asked if there were specials, he looked lost and said no, then wait, yes there was but it was all gone for the night. He took our order and left. Drinks came back quick. He took our order and we never saw him again until we complained. The food was brought out by someone else. When we finally saw him, we called him over to ask for bread that all other tables had but we had none. My Mom also expressed that she thought her meatball wasn’t cooked. His reply was to mumble it looks fine and walks away. While my food was a masterpiece (tagliarini al limone) my mom’s was cold and her meatball undercooked. She didn’t eat. I went downstairs to validate with the hostess the plan for a birthday dessert and she said oh yes they had it down to do and went to remind the server. Turns out the waiter only brought the bill while I was in the restroom. As my mother paid, he plunked down the bread. I spoke to the manager and was told sorry. There was nothing she could do since it was the end of the meal service…what does that even mean? Help us to want to come back after this really poor treatment.

Ive been here like 5 times i always like it but this time it was really bad… my bolognese pasta had 3 small veil pieces and it was very chewy and extremely salty. We had garlic bread and it was so salty too. My boyfriends pasta sucked he had to return it, it was a watery “vodka” sauce and it was cold. I get its busy but they mustve had a problem with the salt because everything was so salty for some weird reason. Even the strawberry mojito i usually get sucked? Love the bread though its always 10/10

Overall we had a positive experience, our biggest complaint is that we were about 25 minutes late getting seated compared to our reservation time. Our waitress was terrific, the food was excellent. The cheesecake is a delicious dessert.

So 4/6 of our party were seated and had ordered appetizers, when we arrived it was already about an hour in, and service took AWHILE to take our order. Noise level was extremely loud, and table was small and crammed for a 6 top once plated.
