Just left without ordering. Had 1 person in front of me and stood there 5 minutes. The lady taking orders im 100% sure was either strung out on drugs or just had something traumatizing happen. She kept commenting how thirsty and hungry she was to the other guy, then mid order went to get a drink. I don't want people like that making my food so I left. I came here frequently in the past but it really took a nosedive recently. I will not be returning.

If I pay $15 for a sub it should at least come with everything it says it’s supposed to including the pickle spears. 2 subs no condiments no pickles.

The whole experience was just the worst first the lady working in there keep getting our order wrong while ringing it up then waited about forty mins to still not have any food get better staff man your business is walking out the door and to add I love firehouse subs just not the one in Delray
We came in ten mins before closing and they served us very well, the subs are delish!

I had a horrible experience at this location the workers there act like you're doing them a favor by purchasing a sub from this location! Very unprofessional they barely had any clients and they sure did not feel like making a sandwich very disappointed! I'm Throwing It All Away... I don't think my dog would even want to eat this! Re train the person making the subs please !!!!!!
