I am amazed at this establishment. I arrived to pick up my order and waited 25 minutes while one chef prepared it, and the three people who were supposed to help him just sat and did nothing because they were kind of on a break. I don’t understand how this is possible, maybe why don’t they go on breaks separately? Why does one person work when there is a big load and many people are waiting for all orders, and three people sit and do nothing

This Linton location is a little dirtier than the other 5 Guys I've been to, but the burgers are excellent.This week I went to The Habit Burger twice and this Five Guys twice.Habit burger wins hands down for service and Atmosphere. However, Five Guys burgers just taste better.The first time, I ordered using the app and I arrived at this Linton Five Guys location at the specified pickup time. They couldn't find my order at first, but after a little while, somehow it turned up. I waited 30 minutes past the pickup time.The next time I ordered on the app, I arrived 2 minutes after the pickup time and they had my order, but hadn't even begun to make it. It was at least 15 minutes more before I got my order.But Dang! The burgers are good.The Habit Burger also has very good burgers. Way better than McD, BK, and the others. The Habit Burger gets the order done by the time they specify. The staff is excellent and the restaurant is much cleaner than Five Guys. It's just that the burgers aren't quite as good.

Burger was very good. Fresh, cooked right with toppings. I had letuce, tomato, grilled onions, pickle. My only complaint is that they wrap it in aluminum foil, so the bun gets steamed, soft, and soggy. I got it right away and opened it so the bun had some firmness. The small fries were enough to feed 3 people, plus I got them unsalted. They were delicious. All in good burger, friendly service. Much better than bk, mickey ds, Wendy's but you pay more. It's worth it.
