Food is okay. Portion size does not match the price and this is my 2nd try. Customer service gets a little tricky if you don’t speak creole. Photo is what my dinner plate of griot came with - not kidding.

I ordered a fish meal. I requested that the fish be fried medium and NOT dry. I received a small fish and it was fried really dry. The flakes were also pinkish. I was able to eat a very small portion and it tasted bitter. A waste of $25! The sos pwa nwa (black beans puréed/sauced) and the white rice were ok. Though there was a lemon seed found in the conch, the $28 conch was very tender, spicy and flavorful. I went to another place and got another fish instead.
This is a small place and while it isn't immediately ready, after a few minute wait my food was ready to go. I have had j*** chicken before and it was not good, but this was fantastic and I will definitely be giving j*** chicken a try in the future. my total OTD was about $16 and I had a huge plate and couldn't finish it.

They don’t really take your order when you called. That has happened on multiple occasions where I called and ask for something and it wasn’t there for me to just grab, pay, and leave. I’ve been served cold food twice already and the meat was hard as rock. I really use to love buying food there but not it’s a no for me? DO BETTER GIVENESS!!

Customer service over the phone was awful, the lady didn't ask for my name, didn't repeat my oder, didn't give me my total. I ordered white rice, pureed black beans and legumes and got red beans/rice and legumes. I handed the lady my card and still till this moment I don't know the total for my food. Today was my 1st and last time going there. It's a no for me.
