Had lunch there on Wednesday around 11:30. Got sick with food poisoning!Ordered a chopped salad with grilled chicken. Grilled chicken was not made-to-order - hard and rubbery. It tasted like it was old and made earlier and thrown back on grill to heat up. I'm sorry but that is wrong and the manager needs to be aware of this.The waiter was nice and brought out a fresh piece after I told him. But I probably should've gotten a new salad since bacteria was probably on the salad.It's a shame. It was my first time there and their kitchen's contamination plus serving reheated meat is a very bad sign. You will get people ill. Been sick since late Thursday with severe stomach pain, aches and nausea.

The waiter today on 3/18 seemed very pleasant. Then he started making fun of us and other customers with the employee busing tables. My mom fell on the way in and the owner sat at the high top, seen everything and did not come out for assistance. She was fine , but that’s not the point. He rolled his eyes when we asked for a second cup of coffee for mom. It’s unfortunate they changed ownership a year ago. We used to go once a week with 5 people and would spend 180 a visit. Never again!

This place needs a sign on the door that says no Indians or Blacks allowed.My Son had to use the restroom really badly and was turned away by the lady at the front booth. It’s 2024 knock it off. No wonder the place was nothing but older white people and it was empty.Don’t support these people. They are apart of the problem.They are the Eason the vibration is so low in the world!I’m glad my son was able to see how some people still live in self hate and go into the world and still hold these same values. The lady at the front was miserable.I went a block up to the next restaurant and immediately felt the love vibration.Racist miserable people!I’m glad I get to look young and enjoy a beautiful life filled with love! ❤️

We just went to one our favorite Delray Beach restaurants for Saturday Rib Night. We usually love them, but tonight we were told a new policy was that we could only get a half rack. Turns out that was a good thing because they were not up to par, very tough. The baked beans were also not the same as In the past and the portion size greatly reduced. The cornbread, which used to be awesome, was back to being very good. For a while it had been disappointing. We were excited to bring new friends to an old favorite, but things at Grangers have been inconsistent since the pandemic.

I got a soggy salad with literally 6 pieces of chicken for a $6 up charge for grilled chicken when I requested the dressing on the side. Who puts dressing on salads for pickup in general? Clearly someone who doesn’t know quality. We have a receipt history of the same order and never had this problem. Some redhead, older woman gaslit me and said my order never existed when I had a receipt saying otherwise and had the nerve to tell me that they will fix it no problem just to get a call when I’m on the road minutes later with her saying they can’t do anything about it because I ordered it “wrong”. You mam were vile for no reason at all. I hope your day gets better because as long time customers, we never had any issues with service or quality of food. In most places if the food isn’t right, you can exchange it but she treated me as if I was asking for free food or compensation when $20 worth of salad is inedible. I don’t care for anything except that this employee have a sit down about how to better treat the customers because I will no longer spend my money here just to deal with rude people.

This is just my opinion about the food I got today. Had a craving for a good burger and found this place close to my hotel. Had the conch soup to start. It was a tad too salty for my liking and a bit low on the conch but full of flavor with a good spicy kick to it. I'd give it a 4.3 but that's not an option. Then had the murphy burger and it was amazing. Not sure if the patty or the onions rings are homemade but if they are, superb, if not and they are premade...good supplier! Burger was cooked perfectly, medium and juicy with great flavors with the grilled onions, mushrooms and peppers and the brioche bun was soft n fresh, (Unlike stale hard bread you get at times when ordering burgers). The onions rings were large and fried perfectly and tasty. Not dripping with oil. The whole lunch took care of my burger craving and will definitely be a return customer. Great clean place and service was excellent. Cheers

1 star because I got a Philly cheesesteak (no cheese). Is this steak or ground beef? I notice the owner comments on everything. You had just walked out while I was checking out. I don't hide behind screens. So what's up? I brought it up to my server and the cashier. That is not steak. It was 10/10 for flavor. What you sell on the menu and what I got was different. That's false advertisement. Plus the server talked to another server while I can hear, that I asked if it was steak or not. Very disappointed. Owner since you will rebuttal, let's do it face to face. Scared?

The Good - Granger's has good food and most of their portions are pretty good. You won't be disappointed in their meatloaf, baby back ribs. or homemade soups. Service is both friendly and attentive. The Bad - The new owners are cutting corners and it's noticeable. You can't substitute vegetables, even though they're the exact same price. You must order an "additional" side. They now use generic ketchup. And most annoying, no more credit cards at the table, you must pay at the register and add a tip, although they encourage cash tips. And what does prices may change without notice mean? Will my meal cost more than the price on the menu? The Bottom Line - We still go to Grangers, just not as often as we once did. To the new owners - if you're going to charge $2 for a chicken wing, I think you can afford a 35 cent credit card swipe fee and a bottle of Heinz ketchup. Fix your nickle-and-dime me issues and you'd be pushing a 5 star rating. Just my humble opinion.
