Normally I don’t give negative feedback.But If I can give it zero star I would do it.Terrible service.it was not a busy hour.Waiter took the orders wrong even we said what we want more than once just to make sure she got it correct. But she didn’t pay attention at all and she was not hiding it.I was there with my family and she ignored my mom’s (my mom is old) order and serve her food wrong. When I tried to take her attention to this she said that my mom made the order wrong.For me the main problem is her attitude and she didn’t try to help an old lady at all.Finally she put the check on our table while we are still eating without asking if we want to eat anything else or if we want to have the check.I don’t have extraordinary expectations and I have been so many IHOP before this location and this one is was the worst.

Omg! This was my last attempt with ihop . I love my New York cheese cake pancakes. Literally drove 30 mins to this location because service at a near by restaurant was terrible. Only to be disappointed once again . The plates were dirty as it I can scrape the old food off , the tables were dirty when we walked up , there was food on the seats and thennnn they have the nerve to have a guy cleaning (angrily) as you’re eating so the food from other tables just flying everywhere. He even swept the lady across from my tables feet ! Whole energy was just off

I got the Big Steak Omelet and asked for Jack cheese instead of cheddar. They didn't have Jack cheese, so I had to get cheddar. They also didn't have any jelly for toaste. I wanted an ice coffee to drink, and they didn't even have that. VERY DISAPPOINTING ‼️‼️‼️

It’s sad , I came into the store ready to eat , first and foremost the waitress was so rude , I got there ask for plant base sausage she said “ she don’t know if they have that,ok I looked at the menu it’s in it , I place the order, I asked for a hot sauce when she came with my meal ,she walked away ,brought the sauce , so I said you heard me and didn’t acknowledge that you did then she left the worst in customer service. Then came Belkiss she was amazing she asked if everything is ok I said not really I didn’t tell her anything but I replace the meal I had only because of belkiss . I would’ve left if Belkiss didn’t come to my rescue , very bad customer service.

The "0" does not exist otherwise I would put it. Terrible service. In fact, they did not attend to us, sitting for more than 20 minutes and no one attended to us. They went to all the other tables around where there were people of color and they didn't even come close to ours. Terribly racist.

I waited 10 minutes to be showed to a booth then the guy told me to give him a few minutes, I said ok no problem and he never came back, I waited 35 minutes until I gave up and left. I would understand if it was busy but he had 1 table. They already had their food. He went over to them maybe 2 times while I was there. I saw him behind the counter on his phone as well.

We went there a couple of weeks ago. There was ONLY 1 person working, so he was seating people and also a server. There was a line, but there was nothing he could do. I couldn't believe they only had 1 person doing everything, that's ridiculous. The person in front of us turned around and said the last time he was in there, it was the same thing, only 1 person working so we left.

I have nothing nice to say about this location. We have been there a couple of times, and I have yet to be able to eat the food.The service is terrible. Super slow. Each time, we were seated within 10 minutes of walking in because they were not crazy busy like some get. The first time, we waited over an hour for food and had to cancel the order because we had to leave to be somewhere else. This time, February 17. We were seated, and 20 minutes later, there was still no server. All the tables around us that came in after us got service. I highly recommend not going here. We said something to the manager with no resolve, so we left. This place doesn't deserve your money because servers are slow and don't care. We did ask a couple of servers if they would wait on us, and the said hold on walked away and waited on the people who were just sat after us. They all are terrible.
