One of my favorite places. Great food and ambiance. Lovely owners and servers. Highly recommend

Unfortunately, I didn't take pictures. However this homey feel restaurant was a massive hit with our large group. My favorites were the bolognese and eggplant Parmesan. The basil pesto sauce was insane. Solid food and the kitchen is beyond versatile to cook whatever you desire. As I said before, it's like being at someone's home.

Excellent middle eastern food, in a lovely atmosphere with efficient service. The Mousaka was outstanding. So was the chicken. Lamb chops were a little pricey at $44.

Absolutely great from soup to gelato! Great service - thanks Kristy! We had a group of 4 for our anniversary. Mushroom soup - amazing, saltimbocca - best I've ever had, branzino(special) - amazing, chocolate gelato - incredible. We are so happy we spent our anniversary here. I'm looking forward to going back...often.

Waitress was not very friendly, food was mediocre at bestFIRST TIME I WAS EVER ASKED TO LEAVE OUR TABLE AFTER 1 1/2 hours at the table so others could be seated.was BEYOND rude.there were 2 other tables of 4 that had been there before we arrived, yet they asked us to leave to clear a table.will never be going back

Yes, yes, yes! This is the needle in the haystack that you don't want to miss! Frogs legs for the win! Service, top notch. Ambiance, relaxing and serene. Wine list, decent. Food, simply delectable.

A superior Italian restaurant. What fine dining should be. Ambiance: Warm and welcoming. On a Saturday night at 8:00 PM relatively quiet with just a few unoccupied tables. Conversation easy. Service: Professional. One small demerit. Upon seating the server asked what we wished to drink before we even had a chance to open the wine list. They do not have a full bar, beer and wine only. Food: A good omen: I had a glass of the house Cabernet which was outstanding. A very pleasant introduction to the high standards which were maintained through out our dinner. My steak au poivre (medium) initially came out medium rare. I asked for a bit more "fire" and it came back perfectly done within 5 minutes. There is a long string of "fine dining" venues on Federal Highway in the Boca/Delray area. Il Girasole must be considered the equal of any. We shall return.

Describing this Italian restaurant is easy. Elegant, fine dining, exquisite service and wonderfully prepared meals. Our good fortune was being served by the daughter of the owner. She made us feel as we were the most important people in the room. Giving only 5 stars does not adequately recount our view of this superb establiashment.
