Do not go here. The parking lot is the biggest scam I've ever seen. I know it's not theirs, but they partner with them and is the only source of parking.

Dirty, run down and not the experience it used to be. My seat was torn up. The bathroom was gross. They have a $10 SERVER charge on top of what you tip. For a $120 for a movie and lunch for me and a child, I expected it to be better.

Staff is great. Parking is a scam.Paid to park at the iPic parking garage. They offer a discount if you validate. By validating they mean that they give you a tiny piece of paper with a code to put in to an app that doesn't work. Then a week later they will send you an invoice threatening to send you to collections if you do not pay an extra $77. The company they hired "Parking Revenue Recovery Services". A company notoriously recorded online for scamming people.Yet to hear back from Ipic customer service and the emails back and forth with PRRS is giving me the runaround. So needless to say it explains why this theatre was going bankrupt and why the place is empty. So if you do decide to go here park somewhere else.

The worst service ever. I prefer the Boca Raton location. I told the girl I wanted tickets for kung fu panda 4 and she gave me Ghostbusters. Didn't realize that until after the movie started. I ordered food and never received my order and when I called the server over, he laughed in my face because my order was given to the next seat and I never got a replacement. Majority of drinks do not exist. I end up ordering something the server suggested. Never again for worthless $150 night that left me irritated. Endless irritation, got my order cold and has hair in it.

So disappointed with this theater. Right from the start parking it is a hassle. Then my family and I go to get on the elevator and there was blood on the floor. I just checked my bank account and I was charged $30 not $1! Couldn’t validate my parking because I scanned the QR code instead of doing the text option. The theater gives you info for the parking garage and yes we get it it is a third party garage and not owned by IPIC but this horrendous parking method and charge reflects on the place of business and it is not right that IPIC takes no responsibility. Also the bathrooms were filthy! Will not return.

I have no idea what happened to this place. It used to be excellent. Convenient to downtown. Parking was always super easy. Last 3 or 4 times, somehow a problem of some sort arises. The parking used to be a dollar if you bought tickets with a gate. Verified that way. Now I guess a new parking company took over and the gate is always up. They pre authorize 30 dollars (for a 1 dollar charge...) and last time we used the code for dune 2 - still $12 after pre authorize fell off. Just be HONEST. what's so hard? The manager is extremely arrogant too. Saw a 3+ hr 3D movie awhile back. My glasses were broken. I complained maybe 10 minutes in. The person said BRB and an hour went by. He offered me only a comp for the same movie. I live 30 min away and just saw half of a 3 hr movie already. Definitely no part of me wants to drive back for that. Lesson learned. Have a busy theater in a high traffic area - allows you to be cocky and offer sub par resolution in spite. Boca is way better and worth the extra drive for no drama or poor service.

It's not even Dolby. The place sucks.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding an incident that occurred at one of your store locations on September 7th,2023.On that day, my spouse and I visited your store to celebrate our anniversary. As we patiently waited for service, we noticed that the cashier, Roselyn, seemed preoccupied with a phone call and intentionally avoided making eye contact or greeting us. We patiently stood off to the side, hoping to receive assistance, but to no avail. What truly struck us was the stark contrast in her behavior when another couple, who happened to be of a different race, approached her. Instantly, Roselyn put down the phone, warmly greeted, and promptly assisted them.Unfortunately, the situation worsened when yet another pair of customers entered the store. Roselyn continued to assist them thoroughly, while completely ignoring our presence. It was only when Steven, the general manager, called for the next customers in line that we finally received help. However, our interaction with Steven only worsened our experience.Steven explained that Roselyn is autistic and struggles with multitasking when assisting customers and being on the phone. Frankly, we found this excuse to be both insulting to the autistic community and a blatant lie. We personally witnessed Roselyn effortlessly being able to assist two sets of customers while simultaneously handling a call. This brought us deep feelings of disgust and shock, as we realized that we had been blatantly discriminated against. As loyal customers of your brand, we have always admired the values you uphold, such as inclusivity and equality. It is therefore disheartening to experience such discrimination within your establishment. We sincerely hope that this incident was an isolated one and not reflective of your company's values as a whole. We kindly request that you address this matter promptly and take the necessary steps to ensure that such discriminatory behavior does not occur again. We believe in your company's potential to do better, and we hope that you will take the appropriate action to rectify this situation.Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to hearing from you soon.Update: no one ever followed up on this incident even thought the company insist they would on every platform of compliant.

I like this theater a lot. Every 5th visit or so is bad, and always the same issue. Wait is too long for service and/or wait too long for food to arrive.I give it 4 stars because 4/5 times it’s a great experience.

I was here last night. This was definitely a vibe. It was a little cold but I really enjoyed myself

A great way to start your morning off with a good movie ? and some popcorn to watch while you’re on the best seat which reclines then you can watch more than ten different movies ?

I love this theater, but the parking can be a little troublesome, but besides that, the customer service is excellent. We'll go back

Always a problem with parking validation and time spent trying to apply codes and then they charge 30$ but often times it doesn't come off....

Beware of predatory parking strategies! They have a section that is for IPIC parking. It used to be that you paid at the entrance to that section now they expect you to pay on park mobile app and enter a code found in the movie theater to get the discounted $1 rate. I didn’t see where to pay and the arm was up so I though it was no charge. The entire lot was empty as it was a Monday at 4pm. To my surprise I get a $75 parking ticket in the mail. When I called to try and explain they said “they have video of my car passing the park mobile app sign” and refused to excuse my ticket. I loved this theater but it’s very expensive we spend nearly $200 that night just for me and my wife and now I need to eat a $75 parking ticket? VERY DISAPPOINTED WONT BE RETURNING! The theater will lose customers from these predatory parking tactics for sure.

We paid $40 to watch “Argyle” today and cannot tell you how bad the entire experience was. It begins with a ridiculous effort to park for the movie at just $1.50 (vs the $12.50 that you would owe if not attending a movie). Discounted parking required you to fill in 12 lines of personal information and special codes. Two codes provided with complex digits didnt work so they had to keep giving them to me, which required starting the process from the beginning (btw dont forget your license plate!) . Finally 10 minutes later we can sit. …..then the in-theatre experience begins. We wait 10-15 minutes for service then order popcorn and a drink…27 minutes later it comes without butter and no drink. The drinks finally come and no butter. We keep waiting for the butter and finally give up as the movie was half over. Then the movie stops. No one explains why..nothing… so I tell the front desk. They are shocked but almost 30 minutes later they finally get it running..but it is ten minutes of repeat before it hits the exact same spot and stops again. They tell us nothing…so 15 minutes later we decide to leave and the front desk says we have to wait to see the manager to get a re-entry pass to finish the movie in the future. No refunds will be given. We expressed our frustration with the entire failure and walked out which no one cared about. This place should be shut down. It has always been a disappointment… but now totally dysfunctional. Stay away!
