This location on Federal in Delray Beach can have a long wait, especially if you order ahead, which doesn't make sense because the point of ordering ahead is to NOT have to wait. The manager is cool, he tries real hard to get things done fast, but other employees can be really slow.Parking: Lot gets full cause of all the stores, but there is an extended lot right next to it in Walgreens lot.

I've been a Jersey Mike's guy for a minute & needless to say I've ordered from multiple locations throughout many cities. That being said, this Delray locale was on point from the start. The staff was very friendly, store from table to floor was spotless & service was excellent! I get the #56 almost every time (best Philly Cheese Steak in SoFlo), and this might have been the best.

I do not understand why this great place has only a two-star rating. The three times I was there, the service was fast, the staff was friendly and the subs were made to perfection. It is my favourite sub place now. The Italian on Rosemary bread is fabulous.

food was very good however grubhub service, decided that a $8.91 tip was good plus their various fees brought a $ 32.56 meal to be delivered at $53.45.I don't tip on my cc I like to hand the tip to the person so I know they get the tip not the Boss.My fault grubhub stuck to me before,$43 order was 30 minuets late and was billed $76 + Called grubhub they gave me $7 off but never saw my credit on my cc.

I thought Kenny of Jersey Mike’s at Delray Plaza who ran a lackluster place that totally broke apart at the seems from day one, which now is Gonzo, was downcast ….. this unfortunately is totally Deja Vu. I must say my sandwiches most if the time have been good though.
