This 24/7 McDonald’s is terrible early in the morning. It took ages to place my order. When I finally got to the window, they asked me what my order was again. When they finally gave me the food order. They then asked me for a third time what my order was. It wasn’t even busy so there was no reason for it to take so long to get my order. This wasn’t even the first time I’ve had to wait forever to get my food in the early morning.

Most poorly run McDonald's I've ever been to in my life. Waited 15 minutes at the drive-through to put my order in everybody else was getting there food and now I'm sitting in the parking lot waiting for my number two not a special order at all and I think they have completely forgotten, I will never come to this McDonald's again. Terrible.

Do not go to this McDonalds!!!!! They got nothing on our order right and I specified that we needed a lot of ranch and THEY DID NOT GIVE US A SINGLE ONE!!! The line was too long for us to go back and get some and the inside was closed. Very unpleasant experience overall.

My recent visit to this McDonald's was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped through the door, it was evident that this was going to be an experience I'd rather forget. The staff, unfortunately, set the tone for what was to come – rudeness seemed to be their modus operandi, and their lack of knowledge of the menu was glaringly apparent.As I approached the counter to place my order, I was met with blank stares and indifference from the employees (young teenage girls). It was as if they had no idea what they were doing or what was even on the menu. I found myself having to explain basic items to them, which is completely unacceptable in a fast-food establishment as well-known and widespread as McDonald's.To make matters worse, when “the manager” came to “help” about the fact that her employees kept saying that the item I wanted didn’t exist (Double Hamburger - meaning NO CHEESE), I was met with an even more unpleasant surprise. The manager, rather than attempting to rectify the situation, was incredibly condescending and had a terrible attitude. Her lack of knowledge of the menu was baffling – one would expect a manager to be well-versed in the products and procedures of the restaurant they oversee.Despite my efforts to communicate clearly, my order was still botched. Missing ingredients, poorly made items – it was evident that there was a severe lack of attention to detail in the kitchen. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal that left me feeling utterly disappointed, dissatisfied and frustrated.My experience at THIS McDonald's was nothing short of horrendous. The staff's rudeness, combined with their lack of knowledge of the menu, set the stage for a disastrous encounter. The manager's condescending attitude only added insult to injury, and the poorly executed order was the final nail in the coffin. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this particular McDonald's anytime soon, and I would recommend others to proceed with caution if they choose to do so.I will attach pictures of other locations and receipts where they DO KNOW the menu and how to punch orders correctly.

I arrive 10:57am on Saturday 2/3 having ordered my mobile order which was a breakfast item. I asked if I can order a lunch item as it's 3mins to 11am (lunch menu opening). The young boy attending the drive thru said I couldn't because lunch menu items are not being cooked 'yet' (BTW during this 5 min window between breakfast and lunch, you can't order either on the mobile app as it gives a message that items not available to order during this time.)...so I arrive at pickup window and lady indicates I could have ordered the lunch items and didn't understand why the kid at the 1st window / order microphone didnt take my order. So in short I had to park and go inside and place another order.I have no problem with the need to go inside and place an order, inconvenient?..not for me.What I do have a problem with is the constant need to deal with these early 20 year olds that don't give a $hit about the customer. They cannot think outside of the box. They feel like they are being inconvenienced rather looking at it in the perspective that I'm the customer, the reason why they, their manager and the franchise owner gets a pay check.So my advice is to drive a bit further and go to the McDonald's at 5th ave and Federal in Boca Raton where you will get treated like a valued customer everytime. Oh, and if you are a MCD shareholder, consider selling your stock and investing in a company with better values.
