First and last time in Olio restaurant. The waiter must have been high. He was totally incompetent. Mixing up orders, , took an hour to get main courses, No salt on the table, he said there is only one cheese dispenser for the whole restaurant. Dinner took 4 hours and we had to repeatedly ask for water and bread!

We went to dinner here for my parents 52nd anniversary and everything from the service to the food ...perfect. Some tough critics in our party and they all left smiling and praising the whole experience!

Food was very good. Service was extremely slow and disorganized. Meals came out to our party at different times. No communication from restaurant or offer to compensate in some way (some gesture such as comp dessert ) would have been appropriate We sat at 7:30. Ordered apps around 8 that we did not receive until after 9 pm Desserts served 20 minutes after coffee. ? Dinner lasted until 10:30 Disappointing service . We were here last year and had a better experience.

We were a group of 7. Sat in the wine room. Restaurant is so nice! Waitstaff were awesome. Food was exceptional. Scallops, Bolognese Meatballs flatbread all yummy. Mussels were out of hand good!!
Very disappointing experience. Food was not well prepared, e.g., duck was overcooked and dry and cheesecake tasted like it was purchased from the frozen food section of a grocery store. Servers were ok except that the five entrees our party ordered were not all served at the same time
Very nice staff. Food was expensive but good. The waiter did drop sauce on my husbands shirt. Although he said sorry, there was no offer of compensation. Overall the experience was nice.
Was possibly the worst restaurant ever. Table was in a puddle of water. Food was gross at best. Waitress was the nicest but not able to deliver our inedible food within two hours. Manager slash host was rude and dirty. A glass of water was a big ask here. Do no go there ever

Greeter/Owner not particularly pleasant. Had to wait 10 minutes at podium just to be greeted. Under staffed it appeared for both waitstaff and kitchen. Every waiter was apologizing for long wait for food to come out and none of it came together for anyone in the restaurant. Our waitress was very nice. Food unimaginative, plain and grossly over-priced. Mussels marinara good but small portion given the price. I had ribs. Just a nice slab of tasty ribs with a little clump of french fries. Texas Roadhouse makes em better for a third of the price. She had Veal Piccata. Plain not much lemon flavor, not nearly enough capers. We won't go back

Service was absolutely horrible! We had to wait over an hr for our appetizers and then entrees and for some there was so much sly on the food it was not eatable! Also, half of the mussels we got were actually closed still which meant that they were not good. Horrible experience!

The kid was new but that should be my problem, We waited over 45 minutes for a steak and pomme frits, which was just a regular NY strip with very sub par regular French fries. Hey steak was warm at best and my $36 pasta was nothing extraordinary. Will not come back and will tell anyone asking about this place to stay away.

I can't believe how awful the food is at this place, for how much they charge. I ordered the steak and frites..it tasted like it had been sitting in the kitchen all day. It was tasteless, cold and stale. We had a big party and no ones food was good. Everything was cold & stale & had no taste. We should have known based off their terrible reviews.

Service & dinner was amazing! Had to move our indoor table due to cigar smoking at outdoor tables! Even when we moved across the restaurant the cigar smell was so bad it put a damper on entire meal. Too bad because the setting, waitstaff & food was good. Might not return because of cigar smoking!

Food was good. Lively environment, nice dining area. Service staff and kitchen coordination need major improvement. We waited a long time for every phase of our meal from water to bread, to drinks, etc. While it was busy we were seated right away and there were tables available. Until they improve the service only go if you don't have to be somewhere or meet a schedule.
