I have not had a good experience last time I was at this Outback location so when my friend and I tried it this afternoon; I was hesitant. We were seated and waited but not really served. Cheryl our original server came over once and we had to call her over after that for EVERYTHING, really made me wonder what we did for her not to want to take care of us but everyone else in her section !! ONLY REASON I GAVE 4 ⭐️’s was because of ASHLEY she was so sweet and attentive I really wished she was my server because she definitely deserved the tip I wanted to give her, but ASHLEY said she is a MIT (Manager In Training) at this location so she wouldn’t be there long which sucked for this location cause they need her. She made the visit worth it and I would go back for her only!!! Hope she sky rockets wherever she goes and has a team that derserves her!!

Cheryl was so rude ! She took our order and never came back ! We had to stop her at the end of the meal to order desert . But the manager Ashley was super nice and attentive. I honestly have no idea why she went out of her way to avoid us ! Absolutely ridiculous.

I came to the bar to order to go. I had a drink and the bartender was very nice. I ordered a filet to go and a outback burger. The burger was fine. The filet was leather. It was raw and tough. There is no way this was a filet. The fat and gristle made me believe this was a strip they thought was a filet. No chance this was what I ordered. They told me they put fresh bread and butter in the bag. Nope. They may have imagined they did. Haha. Anyway. The last two visits were not added to my account points total. Maybe next time... maybe not

This past Friday my husband and I went to the Delray Beach location. We could not have been more pleased. It was very busy. We were seated within 10 minutes. Our wonderful waitress Adrianna was attentive, informative, and just a pleasure. The food was delicious, hot, and served in a timely manner.
I went out for dinner with my grandparents and it was great! The food was delicious, the steaks were cooked perfectly medium rare, and Patrick our server was friendly and super patient with my grandmother who has dementia!

Sorry but not sorry.For years I have lloved the out back brand . I even worked for a time as the grill cook.I came by with my son and my nephew whom was visiting from out of town...I asked for a half booth, I said I don't mind waiting. It wasn't even busy. There was a dirty set of half booths but I never saw more than 2 people leave the restaurant while I was there for 10 minutes.I was sat.... and we decided to leave. We didn't like the vibe. I apologize to my lovely waitress.By the way, went to Texas Roadhouse...
