Didn’t even get my order. First second the young woman answered the phone last night who was meant to close for the night was extremely rude just nasty. If you know me then you know I’m the most respectful and patient customer just because I know what employees go through on a daily basis when it comes to rude customers. I made a mistake and wanted to change one item on my order only a few seconds after placing and she was extremely rude and showed that she was upset about it, it was to the point where I wanted to say just forget it sweetheart but I continued placing the order anyways since my kiddos were excited for some pizza. I received a call at 8:29 pm which I missed and I assumed was to inform me that the food was ready upon calling back within 1 min at 8:30 the young woman answered and advised that they were now closed and Hung up the phone on me before I could get a word out. Keep in mind that I was under the light literally a few feet from the plaza for papa’s. Soon as she noticed my vehicle approaching she sped away to the back after I got out the car I didn’t even attempt to knock at that point after noticing she had locked the door and it was in-fact locked. Got in my car to drive away and she comes back out “getting rid” of what looks to be like my order. Sometimes an employees attitude completely ruins the appetite and the day of customers. It truly sucks what has come to be “customer service” in todays time. I like to avoid conflict and confrontation at all cost because sometimes it doesn’t have to go that far and no one wants to be a Karen to an employee after a hard day of work but that employee was absolutely terrible. Never will I ever attempt to order from a place like that. I’d rather go to the next city.

I will like to give a shout out to Keenan!!!My pizza is always made & cooked toPerfection. I always get the garden fresh with sausage’s and when I tell you it ain’t never hit like this until he started making my pies. This location has stepped its game up big time.

If I could go lower I would. The staff is unfriendly and unhelpful and doesn't even acknowledge the fact that you have walked in the store. This has happened on more than one occasion. I am happy Delray has so many different pizza choices, as I will not be returning to this store.

We have had an OK experience with this location in the past there's been one of the time that the pizza came a little late and was cold. Tonight was unreal. There is grease in every one of the containers it was even on the pizza. Everything is cold, trying to reheat it in our air fryer. The interesting thing is we live a half a mile from the location and the delivery driver went to his first drop off about 3 miles from us and it took 20 to 25 minutes before we got our food.

I can't say enough good things about my recent visit to my neighborhood Papa John's. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome, and their genuine friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable.Now, let's talk about the pizza – it was simply amazing. I ordered my favorite, the classic pepperoni, and it exceeded all expectations. The crust was perfectly crispy on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside. The sauce had just the right amount of tanginess, and the cheese was gooey and delicious. The pepperoni had a nice kick of spice, which added a wonderful flavor dimension to each bite. And last but not least the garlic sauce, “forget about it!”. It's safe to say that this was one of the best pizzas I've ever had.What truly sets this Papa John's apart, though, is the impeccable service. The staff members were attentive and eager to assist with any questions or requests. They seemed genuinely invested in making sure every customer had a fantastic experience.Furthermore, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive impression. It's clear that they take pride in their establishment and the quality of their food.
Got pizza Sunday night it wasn’t good at all I mean only 1 person was working on the shift then the next one came in looks like he was delivering I know it’s slow but I mean the quality wasn’t there that night usually when I get pizza from here it’s good

Don't come here if it's after 11:20 p.m. They refused to sell us a pizza, and told us their system had suddenly gone down right after we saw a couple as we were walking in leaving with a pizza in their hand. Mind you, they close at midnight. My boyfriend also came to pick up pizza from here once and the lady flat out told him "No". She refused to serve him for no reason at all. Terrible service and no minimal motivation to serve.

I highly recommend this Pappa Johns restaurant because,,,, KEITH! Keith was my first encounter there as I called in my order for delivery. There were several directives on the delivery as it was for an elderly family member, and from the first" I Gotcha" I knew he did indeed. His professional, yet personal attention to every detail was extraordinary, and it sealed the fate of this restaurant as being in my top 3:category. Not an easy thing to do! But you will feel well taken care of, not rushed, and feel like you are talking with a friend when you call and order from this location. The food earns five stars as well. The new Parm pizza, paired with wings and cookies was unbelievable! Thank you Keith for the extra mile you went for us!
