I use wheelchair or walker when cannot find enough space for ramp. Server recognized my disability and went out of way to assist with bussing order and taking care of all my needs.
I love the gyros and the Philly cheese steaks. I come here with my boyfriend and his dad ALL THE TIME. I’m mad I’m not considered a regular yet. I brought my parents this week and they loved it. (As they should). Love the place, the food, and the employees!
Good food overall. Had the cheesesteak and French fries. I would eat here again and I would recommend you try it out..

Their cheesesteak was good but I'm pretty sure it's not Philadelphia authentic good. There are locations in other states (not including PHI, PA) & others in Florida; also these locations are franchised. I have a serious issue with philly grill's pricing & business ethics. They allow online & separate app ordering. The problem is they charge extra fees even when picking up your order via the app or website. If you call the order in there are no extra fees UNLESS you're paying with a credit card. When you order over the phone they won't tell you that; they'll just tell you the cash price without telling you it's cash only. It's not until you get to the register to pay where you find out they charge extra for using your credit card. Now it was only 42 cents extra but the issue is they don't tell you ahead of time. They probably do this because they're afraid they're going to scare business away but no matter what it's wrong. There are gas stations in florida that still charge extra for using a credit card but the prices on the signs outside will usually say "cash only". Not telling customers ahead of time or having signs inside the store to indicate "cash only" is a deceitful & scumbaggish way of doing business. 15 years ago & prior I was accustomed to walking into chinese food establishments where they wouldn't take credit cards at all or charging extra for the use of a credit card but they had the decency to have signs in the restaurant or tell you over the phone. I will never go back to a philly grill associated business ever again.

Hello! Can you please offer a different type of bread for the Philly sandwich. I promise you, your sales will go crazy up. The meat and flavoring is really good, but the bread you offer, tastes awful and it makes the sandwich really hard to eat. I live near by and I would like to eat at your establishment once a week. Please comment on this comment, when you offer a different option for bread.

The positive good customer service but I cant say the meal was good. I ordered philly cheese teak and fries the cost I found was a bit pricey $18.97. I was excited because I read reviews until I took a bite of this poorly made cheeseteak. I cant call steak real meat it was paper thin but cheap meat, cheese had no taste to it. Sandwich had absolutely no taste to it I had to add salt. Maybe other dishes might be better but definitely not cheesteak.

I just want to get an all them and the lady who work in the front they kind of like disrespectable to the customers they have a lot of nerves because I asked him a specifically for things to get done and they get all accept and mad they don't need to then if they do then the wrong business so make sure you tell them they need to behave a little better thanks very much I appreciate it
I’ve had school lunch bologna sandwiches with more flavor. The chef must have a fear of sodium cause I guarantee a grain of salt didn’t come within a mile of my sandwich. However, delivery was quick although if I made a sandwich that bad Id want to get it out of my restaurant as fast as possible too. They should change your name to Silly Grill because they’re silly to think that these sandwiches are enjoyable.

The food was amazing, but what did it for me was the customer service. It was service with a smile!! You dont see that a lot lately, but their welcoming service makes you come back for more and more, whoch is good since I haven't teied everything on the menu yet. Definitely recommend!
