Silverware was not clean, needed replacement. Had Eggplant Fries came out cold, sent it back and it came out warm. Ordered Lobster Roll and it had some spicy sauce on it that killed the lobster flavor. Everyone knows it's only butter sauce for a Maine Lobster. Very disappointed in the experience fir the price.

Very good but very overpriced. They do have a reasonably priced "Sunset Menu" which would not allow our Charity Dine Coupon. We were sort of forced to go to the regular menu which was way overpriced. Our dinner for two costs $178.00 for 2 8 ounce Filet's, one salad, one appetizer, one glass of wine and 1 martini.

This is usually one of my go to restaurants. But since the reopening it seems the service is not what it once was. To begin with loud techno-dance music was playing and made conversation impossible. We asked the maitre d to lower but we're told a piano player would be there soon, the soon was 45 minutes later. The food was good as usual but my wife's favorite, branzino was unavailable on a Saturday night. Disappointing. The other issue was that the waiter seem to abandon us when he was given another table. It was difficult to get anyone's attention. When the maitre'd asked how it was going, I expressed my concerns about being left "alone" by the wait staff. I will say there was a wait trainer who kept the water glasses full. Overall I was disappointed. And to add insult to injury, the couple with us was experiencing Prime for the first time. They will hesitate to return.

Our waiter also was having a bad night. He couldn't remember he had already taken our wine order and then when I ordered the strip steak he asked me if I wanted 8 or 12 oz. He thought I had said filet. I've been to Prime for happy hour many times and the food, drinks, and service has always been fantastic. This was the first time I had dinner there and it was a disappointment.

Don't eat here !!!!! STORMY, THE WORST MANAGER I'VE EVER CAME ACROSS! We were dinning in and made reservations at noon to be there at 7pm, we got there and unfortunately the server got our order wrong, we got served 2 orders of lobster and we ONLY ordered ONE but when we made it known to the server he nicely apologized and due to the fact that it was already served on the table he left it a that, although we told him he could take it back because it was the wrong order he said various of times not to worry about it...... Then all of a sudden STORMY the manager which has a lot to learn and is not qualified for the position came to the table complaining that we can not share the lobster meal which we were not planning to share because we simply just ordered ONE order of lobster, she came and snatched the plate from my husband and was intended to be served to someone else as we watched her which is very wrong due to the coronavirus we are all dealing with, she was also trying to justify the server, we nicely said it was his mistake and he nicely apologized and we even suggested for him to take the plate back and he refused because it was already served, she got angry and unproffesional and kept on with the subject which made us feel uncomfortable, not to mention my daughters order was also wrong, and after all the wrong doing she had the audacity to wait until we left to then again insult us at the end, and all because of a miss understanding. She didn't apologize once which we weren't expecting but as a manager she should .... I've been to many restaurants in Atlantic Ave and this is by far the worst experience ive ever had. I dont recommend it Anyone!!!!!!

Terrible experience. Stormy their manager is a joke. Server ask what you want after 10 min wait and never comes back to the table if you want something else or if everything is OK. Misleading info regarding prices and menu. Server said ; $44 and the 8 once steak comes with 2 sides. On bill the 2 sides cost $20 plus $44 for the steak. Be careful there. Staff is bad including price. There are many better places to go. Never will go back!!!!! By the way they charged me $6.95 for service fee which they say for covid-19. Unbelievable.

The food was great. But the service was slow and with only a few table occupied it shouldn't have been. For this scale of restaurant, you shouldn't have to ask for refills on water or anything else.
Went to the lobster special on Wednesday and WOW was it just super!!! Stormy greeted us upon arrival and could not have been nicer. David was our server and he hit it out of the park! Could not have been more attentive or right there whenever we needed something. There is nothing better in downtown Delray if you enjoy Lobster, great service and a fantastic experience!!

Food was good, NO ONE WORE A MASK and the bar area was very busy and certainly no social distancing was being practiced. Service was awful, after the order was taken. Never saw him again until the next course. No water /drink refill! MY ADVUCE: STSY AWAY FROM THE AREA ALTOGETHER UNTIL THIS PANDEMIC IS OVER. This restaurant certainly doesn’t care about ur health.
Prime still goes above and beyond. From start to finish, always nothing but perfection. They are taking Covid very seriously as all staff wears masks, everyone is given sanitizer upon arrival. If you forget your mask they provide a disposable one to take with you. I come always for the ribeye. Everyone else enjoyed a giant lobster tail special. service was great and were checked on regularly by manager.
