Great pharmacy. Way better than anything else in the area

I am Very impressed with the pharmacy staff at this Publix in Delray Square. I am new to Florida so I had to start over with my doctors and prescriptions. There were some problems getting my new Ins to cover some meds I've taken for years. Cathi , one of the pharmacist there called my Ins and got them to cover the refills. She is very knowledgeable yet happy and upbeat too. She went above and beyond for me, which not to many people do these days. The other staff there have also been great. The have fill my prescriptions on time. I highly recommend them.

Cathy is basically a mind reader. I'm not sure how they remember faces-to-Rx names, but they do. Their service is the best, they obviously like what they do or they wouldn't be doing it so well. Always BEST service in person, they answer sooooo many questions with a smile and go the extra distance to make sure you understand how to take your prescription the first time...unfortunately, I cannot give this same review for the rest of this disgusting, mismanaged, smelly supermarket.

This isn't my usual publix. It's usually always busy, but clean. The staff is efficient and there's isn't a long wait to get cashed out even though it's busy. My girls are fond of Nadine(cashier). Ages She's always friendly and provides service with a smile. My kids love interacting with her. She definitely makes our visit worthwhile.

Ok so the best time to come to this store is doing the week during the day as this place stays busy! HOWEVER it's for a good reason! Publix in general and especially this location never disappoints! Selection, human's work the cash registers & lines move quickly AND I have never encountered a rude nor mediocre employee at Publix! Although I miss the Winn Dixie that was across the street that had better prices and more ethnic food, this is indeed 5star! I'm here frequently Highly recommend this store!

The sub section could not be any slower putting out subs both from online orders and in person orders. The rest of the store is good but this section brings down the whole review of the store for me.

I just had the worst experience ever at this Publix. The Store Manager Rob should not be allowed to work at this Publix I will never shop at this location again. I've never been made to feel so uncomfortable at any Publix. I really hope they get it together this is not the way. The guy is rude and aggressive he approached me and didn't have a name tag displayed. He barked orders at me and I didn't even know he worked at the store until I had to ask, it felt like a drunk customer harassing me. Unbelievable.

On Sunday on my way to the grocery store I had to ask the employee who was standing outside the liquor store to please move as her and her friend she was talking to we're blocking the walkway. They did but didn't even acknowledge me. I did some grocery shopping then I stopped by the liquor store next door. The employee was still standing outside talking to the same person. I had to ask them to move so I could walk in. She only came in when I told her I was ready to purchase my item. She never once stopped talking to this persom who now moved into the doorway. They were talking about how certain people in a neighborhood were disrespectful and were making derogatory remarks about certain ethnic groups! I tried to talk to her and she literally ignored me! Normally people at Publix are nice. It is disgusting to hear the things coming out of her mouth. If she were my employee she would be gone before a lawsuit is filed!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered at any Publix! The bad staff outshines the good employees. Management needs to do customer service skills training for the sake of their business.
I needed 6 loaves of fresh bread tonight and Will from the bakery baked them for me with a smile from order to pick up. Be sure to ask for him if you need help in the bakery department and be sure to tell him I sent you.

One star is putting it lightly. Salad is never fresh. Not fully cooked wings when they are in the hot bar. Soda machine hasn't worked for days. Asia is rude and gives people judgemental looks and makes me feel like I am unwelcome in the store. The older bald manager is also rude. Sushi was rotten and made someone throw up. The customers are stuck up. There's a girl named Meagan who shoots drugs in the handicap stall. Gina who thankfully got transferred is a whore. Watermelon is rotten.

Super busy everyday. Store is clean but has the most expensive eggs. Parking is challenging, apparently people don't follow stop signs.
