Food ok. bathrooms dirty and garbage overflowing on a holiday night, no TP (cinco de mayo) would think it would be staffed up for crowds. DJ at the rooftop rude and could not deliver. We are hilton honors and expected a little more for the high price tag. Will not go back. El camino did a better job. MDJ

First time here and I absolutely loved it. The Mezze was amazing, and the cocktails were some of the best I've ever had. My server Allison, was super friendly and didn't miss a beat when it came to making sure we had everything to go. And the views of the city really made this a place I want to come back to , 5/5 stars !

My 3rd time coming to Rosewater, and it's always amazing. The ambiance is beautiful, not too loud but not quiet either. A relaxing yet fun atmosphere. Great service and food/drinks. Chloe was the best server I have ever received in the entirety of South Florida. Before I came today, I had only been here once and I can 1000% say that my experience was elevated this time because of the excellent service of Chloe. She was attentive, friendly, and provided amazing recommendations based on the menu and drink list.

Great service - amazing aperol spritz I will say & the Oregon Pinot noir was lovely too... prices are higher but the baseline here is higher quality than average places. I was sad that although Yelp shows sushi here there isn't any on their menu in reality.... So I got the burger.... It was an OK burger but prob bc I was expecting to have sushi. Swapped the fries for sweet potato fries, ugh so goooood! I wish the dinner menu was more of a dinner menu but I'd say this is a good spot for drinks and apps before going somewhere else for dinner! One last note, one of my aperol was served on glass while the next one and the wine were served on plastic... def prefer the glass!!!! Sunset the plastic is my reco

First time trying rosewater rooftop and it was such a wonderful experience, no complaints at all. Our server, Chloe, was amazing and made our experience 100x better! Truly worth visiting, the strawberry lemon drop martini was worth trying and most definitely ask for Chloe if you want a good experience!
We had a mixed experience at this restaurant. First we were able to make a reservation at 9:30! They call us to say that the kitchen would close at 9:45. We arrive at 9:30 and we’re told that the kitchen was already closed. However the manager came and profusely apologized for the confusion. The drinks we had received were offered by her. Gill made a bad experience more acceptable. Drinks were not that great. Maybe everyone was tired by then. Thanks Gill, we appreciate very much your attitude.
