Starbucks on E. Atlantic near Military Trail. Can you give less then a 1 star. Food order was for a hot grilled cheese sandwich and cold drink. If you see the attached pictures what the delivery driver said. The hot sandwich and cold drink sat for about 12 minutes before bagging as the driver noticed it sitting there with no one bagging it and he raised a ruckus. Driver later informed that he noticed the bag had the wrong name on it, meaning it was a used bag. So the hot food was cold, the cold drink was not cold. They used an old bag. Kept the delivery person there for quite a while. You can see the attached photos that show the evidence.

The staff in this place is not friendly I was targeted for talking I can't talk to no one at all I have to stay quiet to not get banned everyone else can talk to each other but I can not say one word and someone else stole a chair but if I move a chair I get held at but the one who took a chair from inside the store to the outside they dont say a word I wanted to get give someone $5. Starbucks gift card and the staff said dont be going around asking for food or money and i dont ever ask for nothing indont appreciate how I be treaded compare to others and they be giving a homeless man free coffee every time and not band him and panhandling is a crime and when he talks it's to get free food and coffee from here bc he always say i had the best free food every day but he say he has a job he has 2 apple laptops worth about 2k each and he smells bad

Excellent staff Ive been comming here for years ive worked on atlantic as a waiter, the ammount of kids comming threw here is insane maybe the company should do a kids bucks because families and kids who are not under control makes it a rough time to get a coffee and

This was a very nice experience, quick in and quick out. We got there just before big rush that came in. I had the chicken breakfast sandwich (new) which was satisfying as well as a cappuccino (VT) and my wife had the T1 cappuccino with almond milk and honey and it was tasty as well. I think they get quite busy with the walk-in business coupled with the mobile ordering. Although our experience was great, maybe consider the mobile ordering.

Went there at 8:30 because I don't drink and found that it closed. After checking on line and found it was opened I walked thru town only to be disappointed.

Ordered blonde espresso, espresso, and chai tea latte with oatmilk. Espresso is dark and bitter similar to classic Italian style and blonde is lighter, less roasted, and fruity. I prefer classic espresso, not blonde espresso.
This Starbucks is in the heart of Delray and for a busy little place it's always clean and organized.. I've always found the morning staff to be friendly and welcoming. Met a lot of nice interesting people here as well. The artwork by staff (Suzanne) is also wonderful. Outside seating is a plus.

I really love the creative art signs they make here at this Starbucks. It's colorful, creative and meaningful. But it has been brought to my attention that a small bikini drawn on one sign has made these art signs go back to basic boring signs. We live in a beach town, many customers wear bikinis within the store. It must be that the management isn't confident enough to wear one herself. Bring back the art!

Store not clean . Bathroom disgusting . Manager never present , every time asked for manager to issue complaint , she was never available . Overall , employees not well groomed . Worst Starbucks ever !
