Good people working there! I lost my wallet there and called to see if it was actully there and it was. They were so kind to hold it for me for an hour before I went there to get it back. Everything was there and I left with my wallet intact.

Updated 4-11-24…..The good service has returned! Newly remodeled store. They have new employees, all seems good and the staff that remains are the ones that elevate this store! Addy always displays an excellent friendly demeanor which makes the overall environment pleasant and welcoming!Always good service, an occasional incorrect beverage but considering how many times I frequent Starbucks, this location is one of the better stores. Hard workers, especially Addy, she understands customer service and always professional

Under normal circumstances, this is a great location as long as you don't go during rush hours. Unfortunately today that was not my experience. Go somewhere else if the manager Gaby is working. She's an incredibly rude and frustrating woman to deal with.

Reopened as of March 15th, 2024. They have a new machine that allows you to do six different roasts including dark roast after 11:00 a.m. something I'm looking forward to seeing in all Starbucks going forward.

Even though this location is out of my way and honestly so small with minimal parking the staff at this location is the highlight of the extra drive. Sam and Brian are AMAZING! Always friendly, always get my order right and always take the customer service to the next level! I wish they could swap staff with the one on Military and Atlantic so I didn’t have to make the extra drive but since they are so great I willingly do.

This is my go to spot. I live in the neighborhood. So I am here often. All the staff here is very friendly. No matter the day they provide excellent service! There was a young lady Nosh. I was thinking about purchasing a tumbler. She made eye contact and so I proceeded to mention should I buy it or not. And it was the cutest thing she goes I can’t hear you (Iam towards the exit), I again said should I purchase it knowning she couldn’t hear me to pull her finger. She looked around. Then came around the counter. We laughed about it. I’m known for food service reviews. It took me a while to do this for Starbucks here in my back yard! I hope it made everyone’s day at work. Each and every employee here; I have interacted with has been and will always be a great interaction. Starbucks has a great crew here at the W Delray Beach location!

The quality of the beverages changes every time I come. I know you have a recipe for the drinks, so you need to retrain your employees so that way they taste the same consistently! The two drinks I get are the strawberry acai Refresher and the double chocolate chip cream Frappuccino
