Ordered 2x bowl+boba combos on DoorDash. All sides (corn, seaweed, edamame etc) are fresh and delicious. However, one bowl was supposed to have 4oz of protein but the portion was the same as the other bowl with only 2oz, and one boba drink actually had no boba and came in a smaller size.

Picked up a make your own bowl option to go with spicy tuna and raw tuna as the proteins and with salad as a base. Salad base was just colorless lettuce hearts and both proteins tasted fishy. Inedible - had to throw away.

What a gem! They have the best boba milk tea and the staff are always nice, kind and accomodating. The place is clean, has a lot of menu options for bowls and for tea. I haven't tried their bowls yet but they look delish! I'll probably edit these with the bowls next time. Definitely recommended!

This is the first time I've been here I was craving ahi tuna. Boru did not disappoint I had the Thai milk tea and the spicy aloha and they were both sooo good!

I absolutely loved it here. It was a rainy day on the Ave and We just stopped inside and so glad we did. I cannot remember the gentleman’s name but he was so helpful, let me try different fruits that would go in the milk teas. Very patient and welcoming. The boba tea was great and I would definitely go back !

Countless other customers waiting and complaining about lack of organization.Once it finally came out both orders were wrong and the "owner" pushed back and said what we got was correct. It wasn't. My girlfriend was served multi told items which were not ordered and was missing 2 different ingredients. I myself was served barely a serving of 2 proteins when 3 were ordered and when I asked what the white sauce on my poke was he answered "what you ordered". I asked for spicy mayo, and this was anything but. And it was soaked in the white mystery sauce (which tasted like sour cream).They also say “fresh ingredients” bought all their veggies and fruits are clearly canned.Bad poke. Horrible service. Not worth it.

loved the drinks!! the place is super conveniently placed (if that makes sense??) and the vibe in general is nice. the lychee slushee tastes so much like lychee and the taro was super sweet. i also liked the lids of the cup :))

The location of Boru is great. It is right over the Atlantic bridge so easy walking whether you're coming in from the beach or you've parked downtown. The large milk teas are $5.75, which comes to $6.15 after tax, which is pretty standard for a bubble tea. It is small inside, but there are a few of small tables. You can choose from a selection of bowls, or make your own from the salad bar like spread of options and toppings. The bubble tea cups have a re-sealable snap closure on the top which is pretty cool, I have not seen that before. It helps prevent spills while walking or if you bring it to your car. One downside is that all the tea is pre-made, so you cannot ask for less sugar. The resulting drink is extremely/overly sweet.
