Went for happy hour… food & drinks were amazing! Had a cucumber martini Caesar salad… Mahi tacos and a sushi roll.. service was right on… no waiting … manager even came over & asked how everything was. Great dining experience

Another great local eatery. We have been here many times over the years, and it never disappoints. The service is excellent. Drinks from the bar are always good. The food is very good and the prices are reasonable. The major drawback is the restrooms. Always smell, and only a single person can utilize at one time.

We went to Rack’s this evening for Thanksgiving. The food was tasty but we had to send every course back because it was barely warm. Our waiter, Nelson was great and very responsive. However, I complained to the Manager (a poor excuse for a title for this person.) He could have cared less!!! He offered no compensation, not even a glass of wine and had a piss poor attitude. If I were the owner, a new Manager would be the first change I would make. I was in customer service for 30 years and this was certainly not it!

Dinner for 4 was great. Service was very good. We started with a lobster sushi roll that was fantastic and a nice smoked fish spread Dinner for me was a very good grouper dish with rice beans and plantains which was very good

Food was overpriced, over cooked, tasted awful then charged tax (normal) and an operations charge of 6 % which wasn't told to us!! No wonder it's the only restaurant in town where you can get a reservation.

Evening started out great. Oysters, Calamari and sushi fantastic. Waiter funny and knowledgeable about most items until we got to the specials. He did his job sold the specials as he needed to do. We ordered our food including the Wahoo fish on Saturday Night. It was sauce less and dry. He then disappeared when prior to delivering the entree he was attentive and always around. When he returned 20-30 minutes later and asked how everything was we told him the Wahoo was dry and we used the sauce from another dish. He response “yeah that seems to be the comments from all the diners all day”. Well either have the kitchen fix the problem, tell prospective diners or stop serving it! It really changed the quality of our experience! Luckily there are so many other restaurants to try all along Atlantic Avenue.

Tacked on an Operations Fee of $33.75 on the bill. This is a deal breaker for us. Racks is our go to with friends because its menu caters to everyone but we won’t be coming back. Two thumbs down for the added fee.

We had never been in before and decided to give it a try. Seated outside which was very nice and our server was fantastic! But that is where the good stuff ended. I hate to leave bad reviews and I don't very often, but I don't want others to make our mistake or I hope they make changes. I had the Lobster Roll. One of my favorites where ever I go. It came with fries and about 3 forkfulls of coleslaw. To start, the sandwich probably wasn't even 6 inches long. Then it had virtually no taste. I had it cold, Massachusetts style. Very disappointing particularly when you pay $32 for it. Fries looked home made, but were not hot. My wife had the Fish and Chips. I don't think they were fully cooked. You picked up a piece and it fell over limp. Even the menu says they are "crispy". These were soggy. And again very bland. I tried one and agreed. Same fries and coleslaw. Beer and soda were OK, but its the first time I have paid $3.75 for a diet coke. I also notice some extra fees on our bill but by that time didn't argue, just wanted to leave. At no time did a manage ever check on us. Again, no reflection on our server. She was great.

Looked up a place for oysters and saw that this place had $1 oysters for happy hour as well as good drink specials. As the waiter was explaining happy hour, he mentioned oysters were $8 for 6. Apparently the price went up but it wasn't reflected online. To his credit, he asked the manager who honored the dozen for $12. 1/2 price drinks were great. A normally $15 margarita for $7.50 and $4 beers. My virgin mojito wasn't discounted, but $7 was okay with me. Calamari apptz was $6 off for $13. A nice little stop but the bill was weird as it said "pre-discounted amount was $104 and recommended a tip on that amount of $20 while the true price for happy hour was $52,00 which is what we tipped on. I get it if you're using a Groupon or other discount coupon not avail to all, but happy hour prices are happy hour prices and should be reflected as same. Just my opinion. Oysters were good by the way - small, but good.

They now charge to use a credit card. They also add either $6 or $7 for the non tipped employees. Disgusted. Pay them a livable wage and stop the nickel and diming. Add in valet parking and you’re out $20 on top of what you order.

If you go, you must try the lobster roll if they have it. It was amazing. My son and I shared it with our meals. Totally wished we both would have ordered one. Drinks were good too. Great service and atmosphere. Hope to go back.

Just thought your company would like to know an honest review of Rack’s Delray. My husband and I have worked in fine dining for many years and have dined at a lot of fine dining restaurants. We were on vacation in Delray and went to your restaurant for my birthday. We had one night away from the kids and we were so incredibly disappointed by the food. We’re on a limited budget and feel we wasted over $200 on a meal. The raw tower was awful. Your chef can do better and your menu needs to be updated. The Brussels sprouts were a mushy mess with zero flavor. Like we were in shock that the dish was what it was. The raw tower had ceviche with zero taste. The shrimp cocktail was rubber and completely over cooked. We know in these post-Covid times that the service industry has gone downhill, but we feel robbed! Please do better. Customers have MANY CHOICES and we we paid a lot of money for a good meal at your restaurant and to say we were disappointed is an understatement. Do better

OverPriced UnderQuality. We were 3 people. We had soup 2 drinks ribs fish and oysters and the bill was $182. The was decent bar food but $182 without tip! This is not a high class place. Wooden tables paper placemats. Give me a break. I would say this is like Millers Ale House not like Capital Grill! You have been warned!!

Parked right in front, had a reservation and was seated right away, the place was busy yet there were no delays. The food was fantastic and the waitress was attentive and engaging. I had the Thai Red Snapper and my wife had the crab cake. Both were excellent and came out quickly. Very good evening.

The most ignorant unaccommodating place ever. Reservations were in advance and the table we were given was directly behind the bar area with patrons at the bar literally on top of us and in direct line with the kitchen. This was supposed to be a 70th birthday with my daughter and partner. This restaurant was selected because of the excellent reviews and alleged great food. We asked politely if any other accommodations could be arranged and that we were more than willing to wait. I guess we weren’t important enough because the answer was no. Because it was take it or leave it, we left it.
