Stopped in for a quick lunch before seeing a movie. I was instructed to tell the bartender that I will be seating myself in a booth. Within a few minutes she brought me a menu and took my drink order. I ordered the wings & requested all flats, which wasn't an issue. I didn't see the additional charge until I paid the bill. I don't mind paying an upcharge but it would have been nice if the server mentioned it to me at the time I placed my order. It just seems like the right thing to do. I had to send the wings back because they were not fully cooked and this took forever. The new batch was cooked properly. The blue cheese and celery were both good, but the wing sauce was on the salty side. I ate a few & they weren't terrible but I wouldn't order them again. I used the ladies room in the restaurant. I will save you the granular details, but it was not pleasant. Service was very slow which is surprising because they were not busy. I had to track down another employee to request a drink refill because my server didn't pay attention to my empty glass; even though she dropped off my wings & looked right at the empty glass on the table. I understand she was bartending but both the bar and dining room were pretty empty. I was not happy with the food or the service, and definitely not happy with the situation going on in the ladies room. What a nightmare. Next time I will eat elsewhere before or after the movie. One of my favorite restaurants is Burt & Max's & they are within walking distance to the movie theater. The movie theater was nice and that will be a separate review.

If I could give zero stars I would. I also wish I could rate the food but unfortunately, I can't because after waiting 6 minutes for a table to be cleaned another 8 minutes for a menu, and an additional 10 minutes for no sign of a server we walked out and went to Sicilian Oven across the street. I'm sorry that it's hard to find good help nowadays but other restaurants seem to train their people right. Instead, this place hired a bunch of young girls with attitudes. We will not be returning.

Don't waste your money or your time. We used to love getting a drink, quick bite and letting the kids play arcade games, new management and staff have ruined what was once a fun place. Took 2 kids, 3 adults Saturday at 4 for snacks and games. No one was at host stand and girl behind bowling check in told us to grab a booth and someone would come. Waited 10 minutes and not only did no one come, there were no staff anywhere. Walked up to the bar as we were happy to put in an order there. Poor bartender was super stressed- he said "we have no food, we have no staff, i can't do anything for you." I asked if that was because it was between meal times- he said "no, we don't have any staff to cook or serve you, I've been here all day and my shift is over". The manager overheard us and she just shrugged her shoulders telling me to order from the movie theater. I then went back to the check in to the lady who told me to "sit and a server would be with us" and told her the bartender won't serve food and that her kitchen staff wasn't there. She was confused and thanked me for letting her know. I understand that staffing issues are everywhere- but the management of this place is a disaster! All they needed to do was tell their staff the cook didn't show and maybe print a few notices on the tables. There were about 5 tables sitting and waiting for service when we left to go to Batch. Also note- Don't load your game cards with cash! The young lady took our $20 bill and put $5 on the card. When we asked the manager she just shook her head and gave us credits on the card but the $20 was not in the drawer and totally in the employees pocket.

Hi my name is hayden i visited the agency kitchen and bar and i was greeted by a bartender named Will. He was very professional and gave me such a good experience. Will is very interactive and i never had to wait to put in a order and tyler was a great help as well. I then tried to order food and i asked for a pizza and they were not available. I also tried to order jalapeño poppers and they were also not available. I then tried to order ice cream and that was out of order as well. I think it is terrible to put your bartender staff in that situation. It's unfortunate that the agency has great bartenders and a kitchen that has half the menu available. I would come back but not to order food.

Hi my name is Andrew i visited the agency kitchen and bar and i was greeted by a bartender named Will. If it was not for all of the bar staff, I would have left within 5 minutes of trying to order. I then tried to order food and i asked for a pizza, jalapeño poppers, loaded fries, and an ice cream brownie, however they were all not available. I can not believe that an establishment has only half of the menu available to guests. Will has given me such a great experience, he is the only reason I would consider coming back.. If I show up and Will is not here I will leave every time going forward because the cocktails are the only good thing about this establishment.

Customer service was horrible from the moment I walked in three people were talking to each other and ignored me standing at the counter. I paid for a lane and waited for the rest of my party to show. I had to hunt down a server to order lunch for my child and beverages. And the rest of my party got there we decided to add a game I asked the young man that helped me originally how much for a game and he told me seven dollars per person. When we went up to pay for another game it came out to more money than the original. They told me that was before 4 o'clock pricing. I asked why someone did not tell me that knowing that I had to wait for the rest of my party and they pointed to a sign and said it is right there. From the beginning until the end service was horrible. Our actual waitress once she finally came was friendly and efficient.

Normally when I sit at a bar I stay very to myself, but when I sat across the bar from Heather I found myself in wonderful company and conversation. The best part of all was my delicious drink she made me and the waffle fries! I had a wonderful time and I felt so comfortable. I truly recommend this place. Good food, great drinks and an amazing staff!

Got a take-out order of Agency's chicken tenders + waffle fries appetizer. It came with 3 large, crispy, breaded pieces of tender chicken and a huge portion of delicious waffle fries. The sides of warm ketchup (yay! who wants cold ketchup on their fries?) and warm maple syrup (yay again!) were both perfect complements to the chicken and fries. The food was so hot that it melted holes in the styrofoam container. Perhaps Agency should re-think their to-go containers for both this issue and the environmental concerns. I prefer to take out from Agency than to sit inside. It's primarily a bar with a few tables that abuts a bowling alley. Great place to bowl and have munchies but less inviting as a full-service restaurant.

I wish I didn't have to give one star. Worst experience EVER! We got to our lane and it was still dirty from the people before us. Food on the floor and a dirty table. Expected much cleaner establishment considering the pandemic. We ordered food and the plates that they brought out to us were greasy and not clean. Four plates still dirty and full of grease. The chicken tenders and fries tasted as though the grease was months old and not cleaned at all. The bathrooms were filthy as well. The hand sanitizer was watered down. I expected better from a bowling alley that's so expensive. Will never go back!

Although Agency Kitchen & Bar promotes itself as a full-service restaurant, it is really more of a bar with a broad range of appetizers (mostly fried though), and a somewhat limited main menu consisting of mostly burgers, tacos and pizza. (Not that there's anything wrong with those items!) We stopped by for a couple of apps and drinks. I thoroughly enjoyed the chicken and waffle fries. The large portion chicken was encased in a delightfully crunchy "secret" Agency breading. The chicken was a bit dry, but I actually like it that way. The waffle fries were light & airy with an pleasant taste. And the maple syrup pulled all of the flavors together. Fantastic! My husband enjoyed the the large chicken wings. The portion size was generous. Agency offers the usual selection of sauces ranging from tangy BBQ to very spicy. The drink menu features several types of creative mixed drinks. We were disappointed in the lack of local and craft beers though. Agency has some outdoor seating, but not an extensive amount. Our waiter was pleasant, attentive and accommodating, especially when I requested more maple syrup, which has become my new favorite dipping sauce ;-) Overall, we enjoyed our visit to Agency and will stop again to try some other apps and maybe a burger or pizza.
