I tried to call the place to mention there was plastic and things in my drink but it wouldn’t go through. I felt that there was something wrong when I was eating the lychee jelly and my SO mentioned seeing something through the cup. I opened it up and saw whatever that is in the picture.Lady was super nice and service was great, but this was my first time trying the place and didn’t enjoy seeing that in my drink!

i come here for my weekly treat. i don't know her name but she is almost always there when i come. she always makes my drinks perfectly. they also have the BEST tapioca pearls here, i can't get enough. i've been to many boba shops but this is definitely my favorite one.

this place is AMAZING! the staff is super friendly and they have good drinks. my favorite drink to get there is the peach fruit tea with strawberry popping boba! it’s not to sweet, but the green tea and the bobas balance the flavor. amazing place!

Cute shop and they have really good waffle icecream things but this place had the WORST matcha I’ve ever had it was bitter and had like a weirdly grainy texture. For the $7 I paid I could’ve gone to Starbucks and gotten a venti matcha frappe instead of the tiny drink I got. Go here for icecream but not drinks and ESPECIALLY not matcha.
Absolutely delicious. The customer service was amazing as well - I was a couple cents short on my order and the employees helped spot me, as well as being very kind about it.

Got three drinks for $27 dollars… I’ve never seen such prices, even in NYC. And the taste was not good at all. Never get the fruit tea from this place. They just add a syrup into it and no real fruits at all (but the picture in the menu has fruits). Especially pineapple tea, taste like plastic
