The staff here so so kind!!!!! My fiance and I don't normally dine in but we wanted to today and wow! Jan is so sweet and has such an awesome energy! The gentleman working that day with the beard and glasses is also super cool! (Sorry I didn't catch his name). We will definitely be back!

go across the road to chipotle where you will get fresh food i ordered the burrito the chicken tasted like it was days old dry as hell and hard the so called manager made me wait 10 min just to cone talk to me she gave me an attitude the staff gere need to be trained and treat customers right i will never go back this place used to be good now i wouldnt feed it to my dogs. The manager Corina was no help she seriously needs training how to approach customers

I’ve always loved Tijuana Flats, since I was a kid, the food, the hot sauce bar, the style inside the restaurant, the support for troops. I’ve always loved this place and I’m yet to have a bad experience! I’m leaving a review today particularly because the gentleman with a beard who took my order tonight was just very kind, graceful, all smiles. I wish you well man! Dude really just made my night for no reason, It’s little interactions like that, that really count. God bless you guys!

Strictly mediocre BUT great service. Love the vast selection of hot sauces. Great chips and salsa + hot sauce = yum! Love the soft drinks (Diet Coke is my fav, very bubbly). Love the teacher discount. Live the value. Especially the Saturday deal. Would go back for chips, salsa and Happy Hour!

Shout out to Kirsten who made my whole experience so great.I was so excited to visit a Tijuana flats since I recently moved away to an area that doesn't have it. I told Kirsten about it and she was so kind that she gave me some Tijuana flats away to bring back home with me! I wear the sunglasses every day! The food was great as always. I love the tacos but my all time favorite item is the chips and queso. This location was super clean, had plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff was so nice.

Horrible experience. Found a long piece of hair in my meal and it made my boyfriend sick to his stomach pulling it out of his mouth. Manager Nick told me “he was entertaining me” by giving me two free tacos. He said that was the most he can do, after I explained why would I want to eat at the same place again. He almost said he was taking this “as a grain of salt” but stopped himself mid sentence. He expected me to drop everything to go get it the same day & then explained he would give my name to the team members for the free 2 tacos instead. I don’t even believe he apologized!!! The way the conversation went on how he was annoyed I called and not taking me serious at all, I would dare to eat at this specific place again. God knows what they would do to my food if I went back. Will be talking to corporate ?
