Terrible experience. We get there and are told our pizza hasn't been cooked yet because the ovens were full. Pizza then gets put in an empty oven. Wait there 12 minutes while our salad gets warm on the counter. Get back with the food and the pizza is unbelievably greasy and the chicken that came with the salad smelled awful. Threw everything out. What a waste.

The pizza is always good here. The guy that makes the pizza is the owner. I wish he could find qualified staff to help him. one man can not do everything to run a business but he tries and the quality stays excellent.

My expectations were high after reading all the glowing reviews on Ciao Bella but after trying it I can say that my experience was not like most others. The pizza was pretty good but I didn't in anyway find it exceptional. Nope, not with a crust that was too doughy and not crispy enough as well as being too thick. The comparison here is to NYC pizza -however NYC pizza is by definition thin and crispy. Also the sauce was a little too sweet. I ordered a pasta dish too and it was pizza place quality and I should have learned long ago to just stick to pizza from a pizza place. It was all about the average (or maybe slightly better for the pizza) but the counter man working there was friendly and helpful and this from my phone-in-order to pick-up and because of that I would give Ciao Bella another try.

Absolutely wonderful! The pizza totally revived myself and my boss on a long floral holiday! Delicious prompt and special!!! Love this place... highly recommended!

I’ve lived in SoFlo for 19 years now. I’ve never found pizza I could say I truly “Loved” - it’s always been one of those things I would just eat because I love pizza. Ciao Bella is beyond amazing!!! I was so impressed with their pizza today. Their Margarita pizza is incredible. Plain cheese pie was amazing! And that Sicilian pizza, WOW! This will be my go to going forward!!

I ordered food for delivery. According to the person that answered the phone, who confirmed I ordered, said it was out for delivery at 8:50 pm and still no food at 10:10pm and I'm not sure if we are even going to receive the order we paid for. The restaurant is now closed, so I can't even follow up at this point!?! Not feeling great and quite hungry! Ugh!

Pizza looks good, I'll have to try it some day. My suggestion to this and other pizza restaurants is to put an actual size along with S-M-L. those letters mean nothing because every restaurant msakes their own sizes. The pictures looks good though, but I can't eat those.

I ordered a pizza online as I heard they were very good. My online receipt said to pick up in between 15 and 25 minutes but when I got there I was told it would not be ready for another 50 minutes. Very minimal apologies, wasn't their fault, the app, etc. etc. etc. this is on a Friday afternoon in traffic. I'll never know how the pizza is!!

WOW! The best food here. In NY, I used to always get a Sicilian, a regular, and a soda. I found my Florida place. And the entrees are delicious. Tommy (the manager), can do ANYTHING! Every entree I have had is delicious. This is definitely a place to put on your list!
