Attention management and corporate I arrived tonight on sun Aug 13th and at 11 pm the sighn says you close at 11pm on sun however I sat at the drive through for 20 minutes and was ignored ? so I drove up to the window and seen 2 guys making a chicken sandwich and eating so I beeped my horn and he says we are closed WERE IS CORPORATE THIS IS A WENDY'S COME ON DELRAY DO BETTER HIRE BETTER EMPLOYEES LAZINESS AND POOR COUSTMER SERVICE THIS SEEMS TO BE A THING IN DELRAY FOR SOME REASON.

quick service, friendlywelcome staff, clean place. Very efficient..Parking: good location, easy in & out onto to major roads, easy plentiful free parkingWheelchair accessibility: no problems.
Walked in, at about 8:30 pm no other customers at the time, looking at menu, 3 workers standing by fryer talking, another walking back and forth by the front counter, we were never acknowledged, stood there for about 5 minutes. The 3 women, two looked at us, never did anything, just stood there talking. Had enough, so we left. Have eaten here before, not great but okay. Customer service is getting terrible and not any better. Customer service at most Wendy's here in Delray Beach is getting worse. Will not return to this one again.

Service was refreshingly polite and happy, Drive thru was quick, food was hot and fresh at 1:30 pm. I walked in and needed something and 3 people actually asked me if I was being helped in a matter of minutes, extremely friendly, clean, and professional. It is extremely refreshing in this day and age. Unfortunately. But Thank you oh and it was memorial day weekend, eey busy weekend. ? Thank you
