The food was horrendous! The food wasn’t even hot I ordered a biggie bag and my sandwich tasted disgusting it had ketchup all over my sandwich all i tasted ketchup. The top bun was so soggy with ketchup. The French fries were not fresh. The inside of the restaurant has ants on the tables and chairs and by the drink fountain. One of the cooks walking through the kitchen with her cellphone in her hand talking and walking. They barely noticed that we were there in the restaurant. The inside of the restaurant needs a renovation or shut down. I will not come back to this restaurant again.

Terrible customer service. Drive through West Atlantic av, Delray Beach. She was nasty. After made a mistake with my order. She was acting so weird with a mad face and strong accent that i could not understand what she was saying. I just ask to speak to the manager. She told me " I am the manager". I couldn't believe it. Please " Wendy's select a better manager with a happy face, great attitude and polite before you loose a lot of customer. She was the worse manager that I ever see in my life.

This Wendy’s has terrible customer service. They were inattentive to my needs. I specifically requested an extra sauce for my meal and they failed to meet my request. The cashier had an attitude and spoke in an unprofessional tone. Furthermore, they attempted to charge me extra for the next one. I have never seen this behavior at other locations. Save your money.
