This place has good food, they messed up my take out order though and then gave me a credit for a free one next time. I called back a month or so later and the lady told me I got a free one already. I used to eat here every week, I am not sure what happened to this place.

My husband and I ordered take out from here one evening. When we got home his order was completely wrong. When we called back to state the order was incorrect they told us they were putting a credit for the entree on our account for next time. Well, we just called to place an order and they completely denied doing this and stated that we “used the credit already” when we haven’t eaten there in months since that incident. We won’t be going back here. Plenty of other great restaurants to eat at with better customer service.

Bento Boxes were excellent and a real value on the lunch menu. Miso soup, very good. Sashimi excellent, melts in your mouth. Our new favorite Sushi place in Delray. Excellent service too.

4 - Met Expectations For a sit down sushi restaurant, this place was pretty good. Nice stop if in the area. Good variety of different roles.

I recently dined at this delightful Japanese restaurant, and it was truly an exceptional experience. Nuch was amazing. The menu boasted a diverse selection of sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese delights, all expertly crafted with the freshest ingredients. Each dish was a symphony of flavors, showcasing the chef's mastery in creating authentic and mouthwatering creations. The service with nuch was impeccable, with attentive staff providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere. If you're seeking an exquisite culinary journey through Japanese cuisine, this restaurant is an absolute gem.

The food was great! I'd definitely go back again. The service was alright as the waitress left our food sitting there for a while before bringing it out. The table was also extremely shaky so we had to brace it with our legs so the food would not move around. The indoor portion of the restaurant is nicely decorated and clean. It's a nice place for a dinner date.

Superior quality nigiri and sashimi, reasonable prices, authentic. The best sushi in Delray, by far.

Yama was okay and certainly not bad but really quite average. Service was fine and the dining room is basic and dark though somewhat comfortable. We started off with Shrimp Dumplings and this item is what really what took the rating down. Dumplings of course taste better when made to order but these were terrible and not just because they might have been prepared earlier it's because they seemed to be a frozen commercial product. A salmon roll though basic was better than most. Next we ordered a Sushi of the day Special and it was a good assortment of nigiri that was presented nicely. The sushi was pretty good and though I've had better, I've also had worse and the quality equaled the cost.

Pretty average sushi and sashimi. The spicy tuna appetizer was great and lychee martini was so good. None of the other rolls or fish were amazing, but mostly edible. Chef specials had waaay too much wasabi, and they only have the fake horseradish stuff, I'd have skipped them given what I know now. We did run out of water by the time food arrived and never got refills. Main dining space is very loud and echoey.

The lunch bento box may be the best lunch I've ever had. Not just for Japanese food or sushi, I mean best overall. Every component is perfect. 10/10
