Ok guys… This Boston Market has lost there mind. First of all the girls think they are Starbucks employees. Clearly not understanding what customer service means. Coffee was horrible.Food was cold and tasteless. And if you’re in a hurry forget about it.

Haven’t had their coffee, so I can’t speak about that, but their food is the epitome of mediocrity. Ordered 3 sandwiches and not a single one was special (or particularly tasty) in the slightest.1. Egg & Cheese Bagel: The bagel was soft/doughy and not toasted. The egg was clearly microwaved and had literally zero seasoning, rendering it completely flavorless. At least they got my request for provolone instead of American correct.2. Pesto Breakfast Ciabatta: Ciabatta, like the bagel, had no crust, was soft and lifeless, and also didn’t appear to be toasted at all. The fresh mozz they used was so thin it was barely noticeable, and there was virtually no flavor to be found anywhere.3. Cambridge Croissant: Another sad attempt at a sandwich. The croissant was not fresh, and the base of it was kind of hard, zero flakiness or butteryness. Average amount of cheap turkey and the cheese they use is so flavorless that you can’t even tell it’s there.I won’t be ordering food from here again.

My wife stopped in to carry out 2 bowls of chicken velvet soup (which I would normally highly recommend). To our amazement the soup wasn't just cold, it was just taken out of the refrigerator cold. I called the store and was given options to either bring it back or go ahead and microwave it. I brought it back for a refund. We will not be coming back.

slightly overpriced sandwiches for what you get. if I want microwaved eggs i can get them from any fast food spot and cheaper. The staff is great. Coffee was nice. Just stay away from anything to do with eggs.

My wife wants to enjoy a coffee in a good coffee place near our house lot of comments about this place are positive, coffee beverages are so good but don’t waste your time dining in of this location on deltona horrible experience we seat but we never approach ask about what we want, lot people working doing nothing the person who attend our table with out knowledge of the product what they have. some people work by a mile walk around looking dirty tables pick up or clean.table of four leave the place because nobody attends the table another table of two same.my wife and I wait for the order what take long to arrive, the coffees, are good the food 3 of 5 that would be better I think with better attention fewer people this location would be phenomenal, but I think I don’t think to return to this place

I went to have breakfast this morning at Boston Coffeehouse in Deltona by the Walmart off Saxon. It was my first time there and I trusted the reviews online were accurate, that it was a good place to eat. The special was either pancakes or French toast with eggs/cheese and bacon. I asked for pancakes and added a small drink. She said the smallest they had was only medium. Ok...I got charged for a medium but she she still gave me a small cup. The total was $18.00! Fifteen mins later, the waitress brought my plate to the table. French toast was on the plate instead of pancakes and everything on it was cold. I didn't say anything about the pancakes, just asked if it could be warmed up. She took it back and within a minute she was back at the table and now the food was smoking.. so I figured microwave over-warming just happened. But then I got to looking at the food and it was not edible. The French toast was burnt and incredibly dry, no butter. The bacon was not real. It is the kind you 'heat and serve' out of a package of already cooked and it was still limp and raw. The eggs were fake and tasted like it! Seriously, $18 for a meal that is not fit to eat? The waitress came back to my table and asked if everything was OK and I said 'no'. Food is not only burnt and rubbery, it's all fake, my order was wrong and it was cold. Her next question was 'let us make you another'? Why would I want another plate of food that's fake? I'm not sure why this place is rating at 4.5 stars on reviews when that low quality of ingredients is put out on a plate and served to the public for $18 a pop, or why I'm being charged for a medium cup when they hand you a small. It was straight up tasteless garbage. I didn't ask for my money back. I got up and walked out. The photos don't even do it justice of how bad it really was. I never ate another bite! Disgusting!!

Different than Starbucks for sure. I like both their coffee menu and their food menu. Their store set up kinda makes you want to stay and relax a little bit, but I haven't been able to do that yet. Lol it is a good place in my opinion.

The manager Lisa was yelling at employees our entire visit. A customer finally called her over and said “you owe that girl an apology” at this point the manager GETS IN HIS FACE with her elbows leaning down on his table yelling at him to not tell her what do do and to “get out or she was calling the police” this happened right around 2pm. The manager then storms out the store, shuffles around her car for a full 10 minutes screaming in the parking lot. As I’m typing this a line of 8 people walk into the store and she said “are you stinking kidding me”As a business owner I could not believe my eyes and ears. This woman does not belong around food NOR managing employees!!! I hope the right person sees this post and takes care of these wonderfully employees who stood strong and kept the store running while the manager thew her fit in & outside.

Good meets expectations, service doesn’t always though. Somehow this place makes making a cup of coffee look harder than it should. Watching 3 people struggle for 10 minutes to make 2 cups of coffee hurts sometimes, but I’d rather deal with that than give Starbucks a penny, so here I am.
