Horrible customer service. The guy and women who took my moms order were laughing and making fun of my mom because she was asking questions about the menu. It was very disgusting and it made me so angry. On top of that my mom went to go wash her hands and the workers were sitting down on the benches outside making rude comments and stopped my mom. I am very disgusted about this situation and they deserve to get fired.

I don’t understand how these people stay in business they usually deliver customers food very cold especially burgers and their meat is pretty stale… horrible food ! no wonder you can only see just a few people walking in.. if it’s not a very busy place on a regular basis like this one it’s because its quality is bad .. and this is the case!!

This is not the bk of yesteryear's. There is no quality control here. You will always be serve dried out burger from a warming tray with microwave melted cheese. What a shame to an excellent simple concept. Last time I got fries that tasted like fish and again as always never fresh fries this is a multi use contamination frier. Yuk! Try BK at your own risk.
I would rate this zero stars if I could. We ordered the original chicken and got home and there was some sort of red sauce on them no lettuce no mayo.... called to tell them they made a mistake and they asked we bring it there. Brought the sandwiches back and showed them and they accused us of taking the topings off and putting red sauce on them.... we said we want your mangers contact information and your names and they threatened us. We spent $13 and I not only want my money back but I will be contacting the media.... they messed up and we were nice enough to just come back without making a scene.... God only knows what this red sauce is since they made the accusations toward us so now we are out $13 and have to throw the food away.....that's true customer service. I will be suing this establishment.

It's a fast food restaurant, what can one really say. The cashier was pleasant, food was pretty fast, tasted fresh, and was properly hot. There were plenty of parking spots, as well as open handicap spots.

The workers and manager have attitude’s the worker hit my car & just left damage my vehicle terribly he came back & only got a ticket can’t park anywhere never coming back The restaurant is always empty you wait forever for the food is okay mostly coldParking: People will park wayy to close

Burger king burgers are terrible now today is 10/20/23 we live in Deltona FL my husband went and bought lunch for us right down the street from Burger King what a mistake that was the bun is hard the meat is cold and it had dead lettuce on it that kinda stuff can make you sick I'm gonna post the picture of the lettuce on fb these places need to serve good food if not close there doors that doesn't make any sense at all the managers not doing there job so I won't be going back to that store any of them I see why they don't have any business now serving food like this is terrible.
