So it’s not often I grab pizza or fast food but tonight we were pressed for time so I caved and stopped at Dominoes on Howland.The entire staff was working hard and they are so good at what they do! From kneading dough, and boxing the food to taking the order, managing the staff and everything in between. My husband went and ordered a pizza with everything on it. He told the girl that he did not know what it was called (Extravaganzza). She makes him a pizza with every single pizza ingredient in the place. It was a 40.00 pizza. My husband was confused when at pick up the manager said no one has ever ordered that before, because we always order our pizza with everything. But he paid for the pizza even though it was expensive, because he did not want to complain. We realized what the girl did when we got the pizza home. We had pineapple, chicken, jalapenos...etc...everything in the shop on that pizza! I have been ordering everything pizzas for forty years and this is the first time we received one like this. Shouldn't this be common sense? I called to speak to the manager and the girl asked me twice what I wanted. After I said the manager twice, she asked if I wanted it delivery or carryout. I said something she did not like and she hung up. I called back. Once I spoke to the manager he was of very little help and pretty much it was useless. Not sure what this world is coming to, but just be careful when ordering, and if you want a pizza with everything, and can't remember to say extravaganza, make sure you have them confirm everything that means.

You ask for extra cheese, no extra cheese, but they will change you for it, then they burn or extra cook it so it looks like they did. You know when you have the teast of a good pizza, then open the box and surprise, if there was a way to put a picture, I would have, no one will read this, they will put this on the back burner.

Horrible pizza burnt with no cheese you think because they offered 50% off you would at least get some of the product you paid for but I will not go there again
Dude this place never fully cooks the pizza they make here, I’ve gotten raw pizza from this exact location 4 times. I’ve always complained but nothing ever gets done. I’m sick of this place.

Food has gotten horrible. They are always understaffed. The staff they do have wear dirty uniforms not good at all. 2 stars for effort. Will not recommend will not be back.

The absolute worst wings I ever ordered, tastes like the meat went bad before cooking, couldn't even finish a single wing before giving up on it, absolute waste of money.

If you needed any proof that we need robots to take over food prep and even customer service, this store will prove it once and for all. Of course you'd expect to find burnouts at a pizza joint, but these stoners seem more worried about joking around than putting a hairnet over their greasy mop heads. Seems to be Deltona quality though, people here are worthless.
