Don't know why they are outsourcing their calls but it would be nice if the people answering the phone were actually at the location. They know nothing about hungry howies and you can barely understand them. We've had issues the last three times we ordered. Today I hung up and went somewhere else. Never placing an order there again. Not worth the aggravation.

Don't go here, they got my order all wrong and refused to replace what they messed up on. The manager wanted me to bring my food back or come get the food I had ordered to replace it with the right order, who does that. He was rude and unprofessional and I won't be ordering from this hungry Howie's again. At least apologize for the mix up. And he even said I could pay a delivery fee after all the gas we burnt to pick up a almost eighty dollar order, so unprofessional ???

Way to expensive! I pay over $35 bucks for a large pizza & cinnamon sticks! I always go to Scorpio's pizza but wanted something sweet & I probably could of bought a cake for the price I payed !Never again !!

Ordered two pizzas tonight and both of them looked like a mess! Toppings falling off, overly salty crust, and one of my pizzas was half thin crust for some reason, so disappointing.

We had our food delivered.. they messed up our pizza. When we called, they told us we must return the pizza to receive the one we ordered. It took almost a hour and half for them to deliver the first pizza. It was after 9 pm, we said it would take too long for them to deliver us the right pizza. They said they would not give us credit for another pizza. Frank raised his voice and they hung up on him. When you spend $55.00 on a pizza and breads you don't expect to get treated like they did you a favor by allowing you to buy a Pizza. The staff, GM and Owners are Karen's. No customer service, poor quality and poor attitudes by staff. Do not support this store since they do not care about their customers and they are proud of their anti-customer attitude they will tell you they don't care, because they have too many customers and to many pizzas to make. Do yourself a favor call the other stores in Deltona or Orange City for a pizza, or order from a different store that cares about the quality of their food and you.

Horrible quality control. We ordered a couple of subs and we got rotten iceberg lettuce and some mystery green stuff at the bottom of a styrofoam container. Forty-five bucks for mediocre food.

this location was absolutely terrible. I wasn't able to order my food over the phone so I proceeded to place my order online. It was confirmed allowed me to track my order and said it was going to be ready in 15 minutes. I show up and not only was it not made because their system messed up and didn't get the order. I was charged three times for the one order, and the employee at the counter was super disrespectful and gave off an attitude that he absolutely didn't care instead of trying to fix my problem and get me my food. He argued with me and then told me to get out after I showed her that I had placed the order to the correct location and showed him that my bank account was charged more than once I will never go to this location ever again
