If I could give zero stars I would, by far the worst McDonald's ever. The service is terrible and the food is constantly incorrect and takes 15-20 mins for drive thru! I had to return back on multiple occasions because getting it wrong more than once was apparently the goal and the service from the managers was terrible as well. They wanted to be rude and make smart remarks after messing up the order 3 times!? If you care about food quality and service take the drive a little further to the next McDonald's because this one isn't worth your time or money.

Absolutely swindling their customers! They turn their mobile order and online coupons off on purpose so nobody can order ahead or use their points & deals at this location. They’re literally forcing you to go to the drive thru just to be parked waiting for 20 mins on your 15$ meal because they refuse to let you use coupons. Whoever the management is that thinks it’s okay to turn online orders off is a fraud.

Have to say this McDonald’s does not put the fast in fast food. Definitely one of the slowest locations.. and it never used to be that way. And it’s weird because many times the food is lukewarm, not hot after waiting for it. Staff super friendly though.

I'm paying a ridiculous amount of money for gross food and equally gross service! The fires were cold and soggy. The burger wasn't made correctly. The girl at the window was rude. I had a coupon that they denied, ever though it was well within the time limit. Our genuinely won't be back. Ever! McDonald's sucks. I just won't go anymore. They are overpriced, unprofessional, and the food sucks.

Everytime I come here my food is like warm near cold' imagine sitting you fries out for 10 minutes than comming back to eat them thats what right out the drive thru window they feel and taste like. Don't count of this place to give a dayummm about anything. they never get my order correct NEVER ONLY TWO PPL in line just now and u still get it wrong... prices go up workers get paid more for shytty service don't expect nothing more than a 1 star restaurant go elsewhere disgraceful..

Went back to ask for another large fries since the one they gave me was barely to the top. I was told that it's 6oz they gave me another fries in a bag when I got home I was sure they gave me the same or another fries with less fries. I called to talk with a manager and another young person answered saying he was the manager and when I explained the situation he said it's true it's only 6oz and he gave me a new fries. I explained that usually the managers don't answer that way and they like to please the customers by serving better. This young man was argumentative so I let him know I would be calling in the morning to talk with a manager. However I'm really thinking of calling corporation to make a complaint.
