Unbelievable, that every single time we order take out or from the app the order is never correct!! I can understand having one or even two bad days! But seriously…. Every single time the order is never correctly made or always missing an item that we ordered & paid for! Then when we ask to speak to a Manager, they turn around & get upset with us asking for our missing food items! Rude behavior from the employees & Management! No one cares about customer service anymore! I really do not understand this type of behavior!

Big Mac meat was stored a bit too long it was dry. I asked for extra Mac sause that cost me 40 cents each big Mac had the normal amount of sause. Shamrock milk shake was melted. Was told to move my car off the drive thru so corporate won't know how long my order took to get to me. I was able to use 2 free coupo s via app before I got my first order.

Food was sloppy. The lower half of my double quarter pounder was hanging out of the box when I opened the bag. When we ordered 3 meals all they wanted to give us was 2 ketchup packets. Tables were not being cleaned. When you are eating in the restaurant they still toss everything in the bag instead of on a tray. Worst McDonalds we have been to in recent memory. Nobody cares about the food or service here and it shows!

Went through the drive through and they gave my food to the car in front of me and then proceeded to give it to me after I saw them touch my food. So I made them make my order again and when I got home I realized they didn't give my child his drink with his Happy meal. Was not very happy, so I called to see if they would be nice and offer something a little extra for having to go out of my way to correct their mistake and all the manager said was to come back to the restaurant and get it. Be careful and watch what their doing in front of you, so this doesn't happen to you!
