Placed online order @ 2:47 pm confirmation was 25 minutes arrived at 3:30pm my order was not even done had to wait an additional 15 minutes for the cook to start making pizza and the rest of my order. This is ridiculous I won’t be ordering from this Pacino’s on Saxon anymore.

I've ordered from Pacino's a lot it's one of our go to places to order from. We love their pizza and strombolis. Tonight we ordered a 14" pizza half meat lovers and half pepperoni and a large stromboli from them. The pizza and stromboli were delivered when we were told it would be. When we got it we realized our pizza was half cheese and half pepperoni. We called the store back and started the conversation with we ordered a pizza and stromboli and immediately man on the phone knew what we were calling about and apologized and offered a new pizza or refund. We decided to have the pizza redelivered to us and the owner drove the pizza out to us personally. The fact that the owner himself made it right and delivered the right pizza himself says it all. Best pizza place ever.

EXCELLENT!! My new pizza/stromboli/wing spot! I’ve never noticed this place when I went to Publix but I’m glad I got the mailer and tried it! I HIGHLY recommend Pacino’s! We all enjoyed ALL this food for dinner! Looking forward to next time already!
This place has the best pizza and everything else on their menu is amazing. I'd give them 5 stars if I could, but 80% of the time I come in, they mess up my order in one way or another. Sometimes small, sometimes big. Always check what you order before you leave because driving back after you've gotten home and realize your pepperoni and black olive pizza has no pepperonis...is a pain.

This place has some of THE BEST pizza in town. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because it takes an entire hour for any and every order. Doesn’t matter what or when you order.. it will take an hour. At least. Seems like they don’t start cooking until someone arrives to pick it up.
