Last time I ordered puzza the bread was not completely cooked so this time I ordered well done. Apparently for them well done means burned. I asked them to redo the pizza and they refused because I ordered them well done.

Waited for almost an hour for one pizza and bread sticks. Delivery driver was swinging box as he approached my door. Had a feeling it was a mess inside. Non the less it was worse. Greasy pizza definitely not freshly made, garlic knots too much butter and garlic uneditable.. Cheese bread was sitting in grease. Just overall a delivery gone bad! Even tipped and still got a soda thrown at me, as he approached my door. Just ughhh I know it's delivery but why must the food he so tossed around it's undesirable... Please help me understand why my kid spent 50$ for a horrible pizza and all she wanted to do was make me feel special and y'all did none of these things....

Ordered a pizza and some wings and was extremely disappointed with both, especially the "wings". I messaged corporate and they gave me a promo code for a free pizza but when I went to use it online it said it had already been used. Messaged corporate about it again, haven't heard back from them and it's been 2 weeks. If you want good food and quality customer service use any other pizza place. :)
Had to pick a star however doesn’t deserve not even one. Spent $65.00 on pizza, boneless wings and jalapeño poppers. This was the worse food ever the chicken was like eating bad frozen nuggets had so many tendon’s. You could tell it was rib meat it was unbelievable so gross words can’t express the quality of any of it. Can you imagine that was definitely a $65.00 donation…,

I noticed lately when I pick up my pizza (carryout special) it never has extra cheese. I always get that as my topping.. Then I realized its because I don't tip as much. Essentially I am doing all the work , but I still tip some just not over 10 dollars. Last three pizzas have been a disgrace and now I no longer order Papa John's. Let shaq know. Even if you pick up your pizza you have to tip over 10 or you wont get extra cheese. Thats just not right.
