Before I even placed my order, he was already helping someone so I sat down because I was waiting my turn in line and he very rudely asked me have I ordered yet when he knew damn well I had not ordered yet cause I was sitting down and I was waiting so then when I proceeded to order my sub, he’s very rude very monotone and very aggressive. Just sounds like he doesn’t wanna be there and then on top of that when I go to get my change back, she drops the change in my hand like very aggressive and weights like 10 seconds before she says have a great have a good day so rude

9:36 am.... after working overnight shift I stopped in and to grab my lunch on my way home. Mandy was an absolute pleasure. I came in with a coupon and asked the first person I saw " Moe" what sandwich does not apply to the coupon. In my opinion she rudely proceeds to tell me to read the bottom of the coupon.Personally, I would think your employees should know right away what coupons will and will not apply to what sandwiches. Because to be real if I would have went through a whole rigmarole of ordering a sandwich in the coupon did not apply. I would have walked out.
Food is always good. Service NEVER is. How are they going to up charge your kids meal because they are out of regular cups??? So I have to pay extra for your short comings?? Customer service has really gone down hill everywhere but especially at this subway.

I’ve honestly never felt more uncomfortable ordering food from a chain before. It’s really sad because you can be so polite and respectful as if you have the customer service and the employees can’t even have the slightest bit. Not only is there no customer service but Vinny went out of his way to make me and my little sister feel uncomfortable while we were there being extremely rude the entire time. I had asked for yellow American cheese and I got the response, “we have white American, we aren’t Publix” in a snarky sarcastic way. Then continued to slam the salt and pepper around. Overall I felt like it was a bother to be there and was made purposely to feel that way. Very sad and I’ll make it a point to not go back there.

Clean front end, the food was FRESH including the bread.. And the staff was amazing. I know it’s just another subway, but this was a great lunch date for my kids and I. Great job to whomever is responsible for this location!
