Peoples are rude, the place is dirty, food os disgusting. Even the drinks are in ambient temperature. Machine doesn’t even have ice. And do not have drinks options. almost everything is out of order. Including menu items either. Went to drive thru and waited for 15 minutes . NO ONE HELPED, then inside only 2 people’s working, with total of 0 costumers inside or outside. Disgusting place. I am pretty sure my food wasnt professionally done

I came in and simply tried to use a cupon in the drive thru , I made it clear beforehand that I had a cupon I wanted to use and what it included, the lady at the register then didn’t ring up my cupon and just kept it for herself maybe ? I’m not sure and she didn’t provide me with a receipt also like I asked because I was suspicious of the total , I then went inside to ask why I was missing some items and pressed the cupon further and got my receipt and found out that she hadn’t used the cupon or informed me she didn’t and when I asked to speak to a manager she walked away and just started at me like she was stupid then I had to call for the manager myself and then the manager just stared at me like she too was also stupid

This is probably the worst Burger Kimg I've ever been too.... the food is actually not that bad when compared to the other burger kings I go to but for two months I've been told the shake machine is broken... and the people at the drive thru can only take one order at a time they get your order have you pay and tell you to pull up front regardless if there is anyone behind you or not. Only then will they take the next order in line... its beem like the ever since covid but this is the only Burger King that is still like this. There is no other customers ins9de or in the drive thru and it still takes 15 minute to get a double cheese burger and fries amd of course no shake cause there machine is still down... you would think I went to McDonald's

They got the concept of fast food flipped around its head, there isn't a time that I come here even when it's empty, that I don't have to wait at least 20 minutes for my food. Horrible
