Gave 4 on atmosphere because it seems a little cramped since small building, but really nothing wrong with this place. The food is what you come for. Try the bagel! It’s yummy!Parking: Parking is cramped and annoying, but it’s not necessarily CSC’s fault. Just the way the plaza parking lot was done.

Fancy Nancy is a great lunch or something to grab in a pint container before jumping on a boat for a full day of sun and good bites.

First time visiting one of these and it was a pleasant surprise. Fast casual place and I really liked the way the cashier described as "Baskin Robbins with chicken salad". We tried four different flavors and all were delicious. I look forward to returning to try some of the other flavors I missed before heading back north.

The chicken salad is good but this location is always a nightmare. It’s sad. We have tried to order for business events and come to pick up the order to be told sorry we don’t have the order you already paid for. This also happened with a team sport.Then the last 2x I have gone to this location for personal enjoyment they have hardly any options for chicken salad. It really stinks. Sadly unless we visit a chicken salad chick out of the Destin area I personally am tired of being disappointed. Not to mention the staff is never kind. Almost feel like they are disappointed when someone walks in.
They have many versions of chicken salad here, spicy to fruity to classic southern. We always enjoy a quick meal here and get a carton to take home too!
I am so tired of driving 45 minutes to this location for them to close whenever the hell they feel like they want to that Google says 7 o'clock they're close at 630 once again I've wasted my time coming out here to your place where it's always closed I'm tired of

Really important edit! I would prefer this franchise run establishment over other Chicken Salad Chicks I have eaten at in the past.The store was very well kept and the manager was very nice. Overall, I would recommend this store to anyone who is in the Destin Area for a light meal that truly satisfies one's soul. Even though the restaurant originally started in Alabama, they have brought the hospitality and welcome feeling that I always look forward to after a full day of shopping.I also enjoyed the music taste and the manager and workers were welcoming as well as provided different suggestions that were similar to the foods that I was originally looking for.I did have an issue with the staffing before; however, the manager personally reached out to me and made sure that the issue was taken care of swiftly. I would definitely try this place again when I am in the area.Kid-friendliness: The store and its employees have always strived to be the most patient and kid friendly staff that I have seen in the area.
