La Monarca is sunny and bright with a relaxing atmosphere. Fast and excellent service and we really enjoyed eating here. Highly recommend!! We loved the fried plantains, the homemade freshly made corn tortillas, refried beans, and yummy beef! The salsas were amazing too!

The Best Place of Destin for Authentic Mexican Food. I’d give more stars if I could. Their dishes are amazing and the staff is the friendliest around here. The place is extremely clean and their meals are cooked there in real time. But you MUST try their freshly made juices or “aguas”Vegetarian options: You can ask them to prepare anything special even pif it’s not on the menuKid-friendliness: The sell ice cream and treat the kids Soooo nicely. My daughters LOVE going there now because they make them feel like family
