My smoothie was delicious but the customer service needs a lot of improvement.. the girl who rang me up at the register was really sweet and friendly, but the other girls (there were 3 or 4 of them) were standing around talking very poorly about their job and people, quite loudly, and staring down anyone who walked into the shop and scowling -- maybe an off day? I had to wait fifteen minutes for my smoothie even though it was only myself and a woman in front of me and 3 of the employees slowly making the smoothies because they kept pausing to gossip about whatever is going on at work. I just wanted my smoothie. Which, was in fact delicious! I would just prefer a more positive environment to come into than feeling like I'm burdening someone because I've interrupted their conversation.

Differentiate the real from the wannabes by directly comparing this to any other fresh eats and you will see nothing comes close. So fresh so alive so tasty. I loved the salmon bagel. Friendly people compliment the already visually appealing location. They also have an array of other products on there shelves for you to try out. Overall great experience!

We tried them again, huge mistake. We ordered the Açaí and it's watered down and flavorless. It's a waste of money. They've also increased prices... which would be fine if they weren't the worst. Gross.

Açaí bowl was awful it was super watery, runny, and flavorless. Also, the service was especially rude. I asked for hazelnut butter and the cashier looked at me like I was dumb for not specifying “nutella” when the menu says “hazelnut butter”. Will never be going back.

I love this place, I love the staff, and I love the açai berry bowls here. Whenever I'm at the Destin Commons I always (literally) stop here for an açai berry bowl. Everything is clean here, including the restrooms.The place stays busy most of the time but the staff does a great job taking the orders and getting the food out. There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. Absolutely worth stopping by.

I've loved everything at Formula Fresh since they first opened. However, big changes have been made with the addition of an amazing coffee bar, the cute new decor and new menu items that taste amazing! Even the old menu items taste better than ever! Makes me excited about eating!

The food was very delicious and tasty. I ordered the egg salad sandwich on sour dough bread because they were out of the chicken salad. It was so good! Also had one of their fresh fruit drinks which was amazing and had pineapple and lemon. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick, healthier option for lunch.

Really delicious smoothies and bowls! We come here every time we visit and it’s been good every time. Today we made a large order through GrubHub and someone forgot a few items. The manager called us to address the mistake by the driver and offered us a replacement next time we came in, on top of the refund we received. It’s rare to see this level of customer service these days. Keep it up!

Found this gem a week or so ago and LOVE it !! We’ve been here twice while we were vacationing and will be back next year when we come back . I had their chicken sandwich on sourdough bread and it’s literally the best I’ve ever had ! Their smoothies are amazing ! Everything I’ve tried is sooo good and so healthy! The ladies at the counter were also super friendly. Perfect customer service . Wish more places were like this!!
