Great waiter. Drinks were good too. But, they were out of lemons out of an appetizer. I ordered the nachos apparently the kitchen spilled the nachos and didn’t bother to make another one ? I got the crab cakes I would not recommend.The ladies bathroom was nasty.I don’t like to complain but the restaurant needs to step up.

Horrible and over priced... Our waitress left mid dinner and we had to go hunt down someone to bring check after 30 mins of us sitting and looking around.... And still they charged us an 18% gratitudey.. 3 meals was $110.00 3 waters

I had my wedding reception here on 4/20. We were promised a bar on the 3rd floor with the package we purchased. (It’s in writing) We got the opposite service of what we expected. The manager Cassidy was very rude and said she didn’t care what the event coordinator said and that the person is located in Orlando and doesn’t control the Destin location. Cassidy was rude when I dropped off my cake the day before and very rude the night of my reception. 2 of my best friends became servers to help our server with drinks the whole night. So if you are a bride, do not have your reception here. Cassidy will make sure you don’t get what you paid for.

Over the years we have dined here several times but this will most likely be our last. The service was slow and the restaurant wasn’t crowded. My husband had to ask for a refill on his drink after it remained empty for a good part of dinner. The food was okay at best. The prices were high and the portions were small. Maybe a dozen French fries on the plate. Finally, I’m confused how it’s $20 just to park at Harbor Walk before we even hit the restaurant (which I know isn’t Margaritaville’s fault) but then the restaurant hit us with a “Harbor Walk service fee” on the bill. After all of that I am confident we can find a better meal with just as nice of a view for the price we paid.

We had the worst service ever! Could not remember who wanted what for drinks, one drink was messed up, took forever for him to come back to take order. We were his only table, never come back to ask if we wanted more to drink, took forever to get our food, then took twice as long to get our bills and they were all messed up,

The food was great and portions were large. The service was horrible!! Our waiter had no clue what he was doing. Never asked if we wanted another drink. Took forever to get our bill and when we did it was all messed up. He took it back twice before getting it straight. We are here on vacation and will not return when we are back here

*update as of 4/24/24: as you can see below margaritaville asked me to email them. I did on 4/9/24 and still have not heard back.We went and were about to be seated then were told it would be an hour wait so we sat at the bar/high top area. There were @ least 5 open tables in the full service area the whole time we sat in the bar. They were out of lids, real silverware, toilet paper in the restroom, lemonade and juice. There was also a dirty diaper under the stairs in the bar area. Food is overpriced for the quality.Kid-friendliness: No coloring/activities, lids for cups, kids beverages, etc.

Came here after a dolphin boat trip. Great location on the water. Wasn't too busy for lunch time. The food is good but not amazing, I would recommend as a quick lunch or dinner or spot but not for amazing fresh seafood. Staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great.
