We drive to Destin every spring break from Texas. We try different places every time. First time trying Mimmo’s and it was amazing. We had chicken caesar salad, chicken fettuccini, lasagna, and kids spaghetti and meatballs. My family and I ate every bite. The service was amazing! Certainly the best Italian restaurant anywhere on the gulf coast. This is the real deal-totally authentic! Not an accolade easily earned from a New Jersey Italian! Every dish was just excellent from start to finish. Ashley super professional and friendly. She did not write a single thing down and everything was perfect! Quite amazing. We will certainly return.

This was the best authentic Italian pizza I’ve had in a while. I had the Quattro Stagione Pizza. For appetizers we had Bruschetta which was phenomenal as well. Pizza is made in a stone oven. Dough is fluffy and light. Staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is cozy. Will definitely visit this place again.
Great food and change of pace compared to the other restaurants we’ve visited as vacationers. Space is a little cramped up front and around the restroom area. Very speedy and attentive service. Highly recommend!

Our food was great! My husband had the lobster ravioli and I had the chicken fettuccine…the side Cesar salads were so fresh and fantastic. Best of all was the tiramisu dessert! To top it all off, our waitress Jimena was so sweet and helpful, perfect service!!!!!
