"I've been a regular customer at Panera Bread for quite some time now, and while I generally enjoy their food and atmosphere, there are a few issues that have consistently bothered me.Firstly, there was one instance when I ordered a turkey sandwich through their 'rapid to go' service but forgot to leave a tip. Unfortunately, it seemed like my sandwich had been dipped in a fish sauce, which was quite off-putting.Secondly, I've noticed a recent change in the dining area where they've removed the self-service cups. Now, customers have to approach the staff and present their receipts, which feels somewhat demeaning.Moreover, the cleanliness of the dining area leaves much to be desired. The floors always seem sticky, which is not very appealing.As for the restroom, particularly the men's restroom, cleanliness is often an issue. I've encountered instances of overflowing toilets, and the placement of the paper towels and soap dispensers is inconvenient and needs to be rearranged.Overall, while I appreciate the convenience and food quality at Panera Bread, these recurring issues with cleanliness and service detract from the overall dining experience. I hope the management takes note of these concerns and makes the necessary improvements for the benefit of all customers."

Horrible service for a Panera Bread. I was the only one waiting for a to go order at the time. A family of 4 walked in almost 10 mins after me. I had been waiting almost 20 mins for a 1/2 salad/soup. The employee proceeded to put the family that walked in 10 mins after me food on the counter to be served and that’s when I spoke up. She asked my name and scrolled through her orders on the screen. Meanwhile another employee with Blue/green in her hair and glasses thought this was funny. How professional. My food was sitting right there but no one bagged it. When I said “my food has been sitting there for at least 10 mins” The employee replied “nope it was just made fresh” Which was false. It should’ve been re made IMO. It seemed like there was zero lead/management in the kitchen, unless the employee laughing was the manager. Wouldn’t surprise me these days.

Always make sure that they give you your credit card back when you’re going through the drive-through they held my card and I didn’t realize they never gave it back to me until after I got all the way back to work I called them and they had it so I had to drive all the way back through traffic 20 minutes out of my way so I can go retrieve my card. I go to get my card and not even an apology for the fact that it was an inconvenience on my part to drive all the way back there to get my card. Spoke to a manager still no apology whatsoever. Thank you but no thank you keep a hold of your card if you go to this Panera or you might not get it back

3-14-2024, update.Service was slow. Food was 15 minutes in a drive-through with zero I repeat zero other patrons inside or outside in the drive-through, food wasn’t correct. I’m just amazed how they’re still operating in this area and if they got busy Godspeed to them.Disappointing.

I love panera. The best sandwich is the bacon turkey bravo. I got the pick 2 with that and the turkey chili. Chili was delicious but there was something not quite right and the sandwich. It wasn't amazingly delicious as usual. I needed to add mayo to it. I had it to go or I would have asked for more sauce.

Hopefully this review reaches somebody who listens!I am local and been going to Panera for over 10 years. But past 3 years at this location every other order I received only disappointment. I swear, every other order is wrong. I order one type of soup then recieve different, I order a dozen bagel then I come home to see 2 are missing(dozen is 13 btw, if the crew doesn't know - you suppose to teach them). I order tomato soup - there is no croutons in my order. Either managers can't train their employees correctly or the whole stuff just doesn't care. I get it, things happen sometimes, but to my orders they happen often.Please, whoever in charge - train your stuff!
