Never again with this place. Arrogant, rude employees should fired immediately. If the customer is unhappy with the result of the food and willing to pay, remake the pizza! Or let the sales representatives vile ego result in refunding the entire sale and Papa John’s losing over a decades long local customer. There are better pizza places in town, not our loss.

Ordered delivery, I ordered a thin crust pizza and a 12 inch cheese stick. The cheese sticks were perfect but the pizza is basically a red baron or some other store bought oven pizza do better papa John's I would of just gotten a Digiorno?♂️*mind you I spent $40 on this order could of gotten a digiorno for like $10....*

Got my pizza was folded over all on one side of the box, called to have it re made heard the manager scolding the driver on the phone without pausing our call, did not apologize and acted as if we were inconveniencing them.

I ordered a pizza for my family, and it was late. Not only was it late, it was delivered to the wrong address so I went down the street to get it and the delivery driver clearly intoxicated. And just drove off when I tried to ask him about our pizza. Would not recommend.

Waited 45 min after quoted wait time for delivery. Called store serval times with no answer. Drive to the store and nobody can tell me where my orders is. The manager won’t speak to us about it. Finally received call from driver that our food is at our place so had to drive and meet him to get my order. Unprofessional and never will be getting pizza from this location again. Got 0 accommodations for the inconvenience. I understand you might be understaffed or behind on orders but no reason to not inform customers of the situation id be more understanding. Or at least pick up the phone to give an update.
Service was fast but the delivery person had an attitude. Our order was incorrect and was clearly annoyed he had to go back and remedy his mistake. Probably would not order from here again.

Couldn’t get the team to help those that were picking up orders. They’d rather put stickers on pizza boxes than help out the folks waiting. Kitchen was a mess; flour and toppings everywhere and no one wore any type of food handling protection like gloves or hair nets. They touched the food then they would touch the dirty computer screen then back to the food. One person was carrying the dough to the counter and her dirty shirt was hanging in it. Many orders just sat on the ready shelf while we stood in the tiny lobby. We were only acknowledged after asking loudly if we could have some help, to which we were then given dirty looks like we had done something wrong. We won’t be returning to this location. The workers also park in the handicap parking spot all the time.Parking: 6, 2 hcp
