Food was disappointing. My child didn’t even want to finish the meal because it tasted so bad. Poor service as well. I realize it’s kind of a tourist trap, but it’s disappointing even going in with low expectations.

Have to say I was pretty disappointed. 1st they tell you only 2 samples/tastes of the gelato per customer. Sorry, but that just doesn't land well. Poverty mentality. Then the scoops are really small! And pretty expensive for small scoops. Lastly, and most importantly, the gelato just wasn't really all that good. If you're going to charge a premium, give small scoops, and limit samples ( which I've never seen before in all my gelato / ice cream days!), then the gelato better be pretty darn amazing. And it wasn't. The girl behind the counter was really nice so I added a star. Otherwise this is a two-star review.

Affogato with cold brew was refreshing, the espresso was really good. Also had a scoop of pistachio gelato, it was good but had an artificial flavor taste, the color was a darker green, which also made me think there were some artificial additives. Overall for the price, it was ok, but a bit pricey for the flavor.

Me and my fiancé tried to come here at 8:30 pm for some gelato and they were closed already even though it said they closed at 9 pm. Kind of weird and rude. Was really craving some gelato.

She takes the time to listen to our preferences and suggests the perfect flavors for us. Her knowledge of the different ice cream options is impressive and she always makes sure we leave satisfied. I appreciate her dedication to providing excellent customer service and creating a positive experience for us.

Natasha was the sweetest ever!! A very warm welcome, she spent time offering samples and speaking with us. When it got busier, she still was extremely sweet to everyone and remained efficient. She is an extremely sweet person and it made our first trip in while on vacation one to remember!

Oh my goodness ! The lemon blueberry gelato is simply devine!! Service was great, sweet lady. Ambiance, out of the way, so quiet. Needs more advertising because it was fantastic.

8/6/23 My family and I stopped in for a quick bite and left very disappointed. We ordered a whole muffuletta and waited patiently for 20 minutes. There was only one sandwich ahead of us so we were confused about the wait and politely asked about our order. The young man that took our order was cordial but the older woman making the food was obviously annoyed with our inquiry. We watched her begrudgingly throw our food together and yet still had to wait another 15 minutes to be served the worst muffuletta EVER. We felt punished for asking for our food. We will definitely skip this shop in the future. Total waste of time, money and positive energy.
