I was so disappointed by this place. After being seated, we received our water and bread. Then waited 30 minutes before our actual server came by to even introduce herself. I have no issue with her. It was busy and you could see she was working as hard as she could. She was very apologetic and professional.The food was just not good. The temperature of the steak was fine, there was just no salt or pepper at all. Bland. That's all you get too, literally just a steak on a plate. No sides. No salad. No potato. I get it's a "fine dining" restaurant, but to not even give you at least a salad before your steak? The chocolate lava cake was Duncan Hines put in a microwave. You could tell it just came out of a microwave because it was piping hot when it came to the table. We began to laugh out loud and make fun of this place when we saw that. My drink, the grapefruit one, was great. My wife's blueberry mojito looked and tasted like floodwater. I know it's a mottled drink, but there was just so much stuff floating in it. I've never seen or tasted such a revolting drink. A complete mess of a cocktail. I don't think I'll ever forget how bad that drink looked and tasted. We had to send it back.Everything we consumed here, I have at one point made better in my own home. Steak being the number one. I recommend Salt. It really is the secret ingredient to a good steak.If you're sitting on a pile of money, I'm sure it's ok to good because you can just order whatever. If you're on any kind of budget just go to Texas Roadhouse. Or just go to McDonald's.

We love dining at Ruth’s Chris! The atmosphere and food are great but the service is the best part. Recently, we celebrated my son’s 13 year old birthday. He wanted a big celebration since he was an official teenager and wanted it to be special. Jacqueline knew just the thing…she booked him the wine room for his special day!! He felt like the big man on campus! She was so pleasant and friendly…checking on us often to make sure we had all the things we needed! We like to think she is our personal server! Haha We definitely call ahead to make sure she is on shift for when we want to come and have a nice dinner. Thank you Jacqueline for all that you do!!

Celebrated a birthday dinner, experience was as expected. Stuffed chicken was a little on the dry side. Loaded baked potatoes were phenomenal. POMEGRANATE MARTINI wow 10/10!! Steaks were okay, not be best for the price but one again experience was as expected. Our server was phenomenal a bit slow towards the end.

I visited Ruth’s Chris for my birthday dinner not long ago, JACQUELINE was our server!!! She was so attentive & literally the sweetest person! Not only was she very explanatory of the menu, she made sure our glasses were filled when half empty & not once did we have to ask for anything. I will request her over & over again! The food was top tier per usual… but the service… was outstanding! 10/10 recommend, make sure you request Jackie for an over the top experience!<3

Excellent all the way around. Called and made a reservation for valentines dinner and the lady was very helpful and found us a time on a short notice. we Drove 2 hours from Alabama just to eat here The staff was very friendly snd the steaks were delicious. we will be eating here again at some point.

Worst service ever! Server eventually gets to my table and starts with "sorry it took me so long" and it only got worse. Steak was warm/hot on one side and cold on the other side.This was not the exsperience that I have gotten at other Ruth Chris.
Overall a good experience. When we arrived one of the plates on our table was quite dirty. It was the first thing we noticed when sitting down. It was disappointing and disgusting. Of course we have it to the waitress and she apologized. It was not her fault- it was whoever set the table. Other than that the service was excellent & food was delicious.

Unfortunately, on this night of my birthday, was the most terrible and embarrassing experience I've had at any restaurant. Ever. They mutilated my filet mignon, after cooking the same steak 3x trying to achieve a medium rare temperature. The others in my party whom also ordered their steaks medium rare complained that they were tough and flavorless. The manager never approached our table. And my drink wasn't refilled once. Service failed. Steaks failed. I've thoroughly enjoyed Ruth Chris in other parts of the world. This one I wouldn't return to nor recommend to anyone.

Our table didn't have any settings when we sat down, but Kyle our waiter was very sweet and quickly made up for the mistake. The girl that brought us bread that I sadly didn't get the name of was also lovely.

First time ever going here, and I must admit it was well worth it. My date and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff. Our food was prepared exactly how we asked and what seemed like right of the grill and right on to the plate. The temperature was just perfect for consumption. I had the stuff chicken breast and she had petite filets w/shrimp. We shared the brussels sprouts and Au Gratin potatoes. PERFECTION!!! We're already looking at the next date night, perhaps Ruth Chris is going to be dinner..
